There is something unique about this Taco Bell. I normally wouldn’t find myself leaving a review for Taco Bell but this specific location (in Bellflower) NEVER disappoints! My food is always hot & fresh. I swallowed my food so fast today & didn’t have a chance to take a picture ‍♀️ I always go out of my way passing 3 to 4 Taco Bell locations just to end up at this one because I know the food is going to be good & more importantly HOT! 10 out of 10 ALWAYS!

Everything was great. Only thing was the person at the window wasn’t the most polite. It wasn’t busy when i was there, I was the only car in the drive thru at 2:30 pm. But they handed me my food and it was accurate but no other communication. Felt odd but it was at least accurate, hot and good!

This place sucks. This is my second time and they put no meat. Or an illusion where they put it on the ends and not in the middle so it looks like they added meat. Fire your cooks and do better management.

Location looks good inside now.
Ordered food off the app for pickup.

They don’t keep condiments out anymore and the app asks you specifically how many of each sauce you want… CHECK YOUR SAUCES IN THE SEALED BAG…. They don’t give you what you ask for.

DO NOT ORDER THE FRIES… you get mush lol

UPDATE A YEAR LATER.
tried this location again.
Tried the loaded beef nachos.
Where the beef tho?

A female made me order through the kiosk. Initially thought, maybe she doesnt know how to work the machine, or maybe the system is down. She handled three drive thru orders before even asking if she could help. Name tags should be present. Young hispnaic female 11:37 am feb 15

Went inside to figure out what we wanted. We we were never acknowleged we there. They took a couple of drive thru orders, before stating we had to use the kiosk to order. I took my money to another location with bettet service.

When they ask if you want to donate your change and you say no, they try to charge it anyway. I wouldn’t mind, except they only do this to use customer money for a tax write off.

This franchise spot overcharged $1 more over other locations. Very slow and have messed up my order too m any times. Unfortunately this is my closest location.

Very upset posted hours say they are open 7am – 10pm on Sundays, stopped in to get some food at 9:15pm and nobody answered drive-thru, front was locked, person inside looked like they were making food. So I tried the drive thru one more time… again nobody taking orders. Didn’t even say, sorry we’re closed. I even went as far as stopping at the window and was honking my horn to get the workers attention. Apparently she was tired and didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. It is super frustrating when a place is supposed to be open and they aren’t. At least have the courtesy to post a sign on the door, saying whatever and that they are closed. It’s the least you could do. Instead of making your customer waste their time trying to figure out whether or not you are open.

What’s the point of having automated ordering screens right if they are still gonna get the order wrong? Can they even read in there?
