I work in emergency services. Our ambulance does not fit into drive thru. We usually walk up to a window and people are understanding. This location wouldn’t open window. We had to yell to explain situation and they still turned us away. Not a lot of options late ar night for food. Very disappointing. One of the services members even laughed at us. I honestly don’t understand why the employees had to be so rude. I got my card back then my food. Guy shuts the window and forgot to give me my drink so I had to make a hand gesture of a drink. I then asked for a receipt again but he shuts the window again. So I said okay, then left cause I had to go back to work. Like dude, I know there are some rude people out there but I kept respect throughout the interaction. I have a soft tone voice and I wasn’t rude after being treated like that smh ♀️

I went at 9 o’clock in the night on a Thursday. There was 4 or 5 cars ahead of me. It took me 40 minutes before I got my food through the drive-through. I think that’s ridiculous.
