Man I don’t know what’s wrong with this Taco Bell but they can’t make a burrito to save their life. Every single time it’s plain NASTY. Far too much nacho cheese and sauces and not even close to the proper amount of filling, half as much beans and meat in their burritos and twice as much nacho cheese and sauce making it just a disgusting sauce soup in a tortilla. I seriously don’t know how they get it wrong every single time. My same exact order across town at the location directly next to Wendy’s is far superior and how it should be. Seriously the only thing you guys can’t manage to mess up at this hwy 50 location is the plain tacos. Even the spicy potato taco here every single time I get it the potatoes are rock hard. Would definitely not recommend.
I just got the steak garlic fries and they were over $5 for this tiny ridiculous plate. What a rip off I want a refund.

Everything was neatly packed in the bag and our mobile order was ready for pickup on time. All of the food was made correctly with every modification we added, but we were missing two cheese roll ups. So double check that you have everything in your order before you leave the store. We didn’t realize we were missing items until we got home unfortunately.
This taco bell is pretty popular but the line moves really fast. The staff is also pretty friendly.
The strawberry lemonade is by far my favorite drink to order in the summer because it’s super refreshing. The Mexican pizza with grilled chicken instead of beef is also delicious. Same with the Nachos Bellgrande with grilled chicken, guacamole, and extra nacho sauce. And as always, the Cinnabon delights are delicious.

Rude girl at the window saying here and slamming the window door on my husband iv worked all types of restaurants and thats some shitty service and she has no business being at the window then. He works hard and doesn’t need her rudeness or inconsiderate personality. Around 1:30 today

Staff is pleasant but the food quality is poor. Portions are often small and lettuce isn’t very fresh. They always mess up a cantina chicken burrito. Last time, they put only chicken and cheese in it. Another time, they forgot the pico de gallo. They’re always sold out of empanadas and this location doesn’t serve iced Cinnabon coffee. But, the people are nice.

Had a Crunchwrap supreme and a large fry here 12/12. The fries were cold and stale, and they tasted OLD. The Crunchwrap was also pretty bad, brown wilted lettuce and a sour + stale flavor. Got sick 5 hr later. Really disappointing 🙁

My wife and I went for lunch and the issue I have is the overpricing we paid and the crappie service we received as a walking customer. They are more worried about the drive throw. I will never be back at this Taco Bell ever!

Horrible experience.Don’t go here if you want your money taken And they take your food back and don’t even give you a new food item told me it was my fault I didn’t know they’re cheesy chicken flatbread was drenched in a Chipotle sauce wich was for a 8 yr old who hates spicy… i said wasn’t aware that it came with a hot sauce she said then you need to ask. I said I don’t want my money back I just want a new one with no sauce She said no not until I give her another three dollars i told her they will not be getting another three dollars she slammed the window… absolutely no customer service

I am usually pretty calm and understanding when it comes to busy times for fast food restaurants. Unfortunately this time has kinda just erked me a bit.
I can’t blame Doordash for the inability to follow simple directions. My crunch wrap had no extra meat in it. I was actually lucky to get some meat at all. And the soda pictured is not a med mountain dew Baja blast…. but a Pepsi zero . This isnt the only order that’s been messed up from this Taco Bell but this one just sent me over the edge because I was like cmon it was easy to follow.

I ordered a burrito & got a taco! I went inside to complain. The lady was NOT HELPFUL VERY RUDE, she said she did hear me order a burrito on the head set the young boy who was taking my order misunderstood me and place a order for a taco instead of a burrito what I wanted.
The speaker outside sucks you can hardly hear. The lady said since I confirmed the order they will not refund me or replace the taco for a burrito. If she heard me say burrito, she should’ve asked the young boy at the window to repeat my order. That way I can catch his mistake and ask for a burrito and not pay for a taco.! This Taco Bell needs smarter employees at night shift!
