My husband and I were at book store and saw this place tucked in the corner. One word…wow! This place is a quaint little Italian restaurant and is really delicious! I had the filet with mashed potato and asparagus and my husband had chicken Marsala. Both of our meals had great flavour and my steak was cooked perfectly. Our server Travis

This was my first time here. Met a friend for dinner. Upon walking in, it’s a bit bland. A bunch of tables with white tablecloths and white walls. You need to walk around a wall to get to the bar, which is nice and long. We sat in the far corner and never needed to look for a bartender, they were always checking in. I ordered the chicken marsala and it did not disappoint! Would definitely go back.

I love this restaurant! At one of my recent visits it was crowded and we didnt have reservations. My sister and I were standing in the bar area and she was having a hard time getting up on the bar stool because of a hip issue. Suddenly, a woman swiftly came over and offered to help. After a few minutes she was able to find us a table! We had a wonderful meal and she checked in on us twice. It turned out to be the owner Angela. She really cares not just about her restaurant but she cares about people! The food is always excellent!!

After a last minute change of plans, my husband and I were able to reserve a table for 9pm on New Year’s Eve, and boy are we glad we did! This was a bit of a splurge for us, but worth it more than we can say. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was festive without being over the top. And the service was perfect, in spite of it being one of the busiest nights of the year. We really look forward to going back again!

Has been one of our favorite dinner spots as a family when we vacation at shore! Great setting with nice Italian atmosphere welcomes you with a spectacular drink menu and fresh made appetizers and entrees! My go to dish is their eggplant parmigiana!! Will not be disappointed and highly recommend reserving a table in advance.

I have been to Ocean City for decades and I just found Mio Fratella today. There are plenty of restaurants but this one stands out. The flavorful food brought some excitement to my taste buds that I didn’t know I needed, leaving me full but savoring every bite. I ordered the seafood platter including sea bass, scallops, shrimp, crab cake, mashed potatoes and vegetables. It was hard to even select a favorite, they were all cooked perfectly with bold, rich flavors. I don’t visit the area often anymore, but I will definitely return next time. I have a date with the lobster ravioli next time.

The bread, oil, crab bruscetta, ceasar salad, and wine were GREAT starters. We were the only ones in the restaurant but for some reason, our entrees came out cold. Our server was very sweet and accommodating to go warm it for us. The lobster ravioli is phenomenal. It tasted much better warm. My husband had the prime rib and said it was a little bland and not tender. We got the chocolate cake and lemon mascarpone cake for dessert- they were kinda average. Nice atmosphere and music. It was an enjoyable date night for a couple from out of town!

My husband and I stopped in Saturday night, last minute. It had been years since since our last visit. Boy, have we been missing out! With no reservation, we headed to the bar and enjoyed sitting at a high top for two, watching the Kentucky Derby. We got there in time for a round of happy hour drinks and appetizers and split an entrée. Steamed clams delicious but a little salty with a ton of bacon, pierogies with onions were to die for. Caesar salad, salad and baked lasagna were delicious. Shout out to our bartender and server, Chris! So fun, personable and on top of everything we needed. We will be returning soon!

My family visits this restaurant 4-5 x a year minimum despite the miserable rude hatchet-faced hostess . True to form when we enter, gave our reservation name there is no “hello” no smile just a grimace from her. We made reservations at least a month ago looking forward to it. Tonight the veal saltimbocca tasted frozen, we waited 1 hour plus for the food, had to approach server for the check (poor server was one of 2 servers in the packed dining room). Bathroom was filthy, like an Amoco station; cracked toilet, toilet paper roll on the open! diaper changer. No hot water. Overflowing trash. The sour faced hostess failed to assist the two poor servers who were the only servers in the dining room who were taking orders, bussing tables and everything else. At the conclusion of our meal, I informed hostess I would not be returning after years of frequenting the place as a local. She followed me out of the restaurant called me rude when I told her why I wouldn’t be returning. Terrible experience at an understaffed restaurant. Such a disappointment.

Yes we’re locals, live across the street from Mio’s. While I can’t say we’re regulars we’ve dined here often in the 12 years we’ve been here. We’ve ALWAYS had fabulous food at the BEST service. Tonight was no exception. We shared the scallop appetizer, my wife had chicken piccata and I had lobster ravioli. The food was decadent and our server Deb was superb!! Listen, IF you have a problem here bring it up! Don’t be miserable and post a negative review! This family wants you to be happy. Speak up while you are here so they can ensure your satisfaction!! Mangia from a second generation Sicilian!
