We got three meals and all I could think is, where’s the beef?! We got the loco tacos, so there $3 each. Puny, broken and just generally sad. Don’t think we will be getting food at this location again. Service in the drive thru was good but the person making the food, needs to start measuring with their heart and not a teaspoon.

My wife and I made a choice to go to taco bell at this location tonight , when we arrived at the order window I paid the $40 for our meal. The cashier standing next to appeared to be the supervisor handed me a small drink I quickly questioned the size and he … the supervisor stept in and said that’s the medium? I questioned the size was small, then he said first! We I can refund your money then he did offer a large but imLooking for something for free that’s not why I brought it up. I After management for 25 years in 2 big brick and mortar, I was disgusted with sense of power he felt about his Job title!I I had to ask him this looks small and he said this is what it is now. My check was $40 so for a drive food taco and a person to take my question so personal surprise me. After he walked away he went right to the person making our meal as if to say something before finishing the order, and the prep person making the order looked down in the bag to look up and say it’s done already. It’s a small thing in my life to get drive thu food ,but to be treated like I was in his world!!! and I was bothering him and make it my problem now.
And look at the burrito supreme? On bottom pick ? Is this what Taco bell is all about now !!

Paid $3 for nachos fries – this is what I got. What a rip off!! And no, the fries didn’t fall out into the bag. This isn’t the worst part – got one of the vanilla cream freeze drinks – it tasted like mold! Definitely won’t go back.

You DONT care about your JOB! The gentleman at the window was great. It’s the food ! I’m so bummed because this is my Go To taco bell. Listen, I work hard for my money to spend it at the establishment that YOU work at and get PAID for. Just make the freaking order that’s already pre cooked for you. And how the hell did you manage to overcook the chicken ? Sauce cups have lids that snap on by the way. If it doesn’t snap its not on properly. And stop being so stingy on cheese sauce for the fries. My time and money have been thrown in the trash ONTOP of being ripped off. So thank you
Oh and 6 little sauce packets for a $32 order definitely isn’t enough.

Last night I ordered Five layer burritos, five of them 10 bean and cheese burritos with extra red sauce and 10 supreme tacos 85 bucks that’s fine. The time before I ordered food, there was no extra red sauce and I was charged for it and then last night the drive-through attendant told me I was only allowed to have 20 taco sauces packets. He said the owner of his establishment told him this so I will not be Spending my money there anymore if they want to be cheap and not want take care of their customers I’ll drive all the way to the other side of town on Mayann and McCarran where they do give you what you want.don’t waste your time and money at this Taco Bell

I have been waiting for my delivery for over 20 minutes. Other customers are also awaiting their food. There are three employees in the back office, and it appears only two or three other staff members are actively working. The drive-thru attendant seems to be frequently on the phone and not adequately monitoring orders. I advise against ordering from this establishment. Our delivery time is being processed, and time is a valuable resource.

This store uses order kiosk to order and pay instead of a person at a register. For someone like me it took five times as long just to order. The inside was clean. The soda dispenser was watered down on most drinks. The food is just what you expect from taco bell.

Approximately 2 weeks ago I ordered a relatively substantial meal through the Taco Bell app (totaling about $65 and I think about 15 items) for delivery to my house. I input my address and this location was selected for me (which is odd because there are 2 other locations that are closer). Everything was going according to plan. I was waiting patiently, and excitedly, to devour my highly anticipated Taco Bell feast. I got the updates from door dash (who Taco Bell has designated as their delivery service) and got an estimated delivery time. I obviously had the door dash lady drop it off at my doorstep, cause who likes talking to strangers. I got the ring alert that someone was at my door. I waited a minute or two extra and ripped open the door with the strength of a starved toddler. I suspiciously looked down at a single paper bag and a drink sitting on my porch. This was concerning as I know my typical order takes about 3 bags or so. I immediately opened the bag and found 5 of the cheapest items (value about $10) present and missing about 10 items totaling probably $40-45. Not to mention the $10 tip I gave to the driver and maybe $10 in taxes and fees. I immediately contacted the driver regarding the missing items and was told that she was only given the one bag by the Taco Bell staff and could not help me locate the missing items. I immediately attempted to contact Taco Bell to retrieve my missing order without success. After eating my meager little Taco Bell order soaked in the tears of my total despair, I resorted to third stage of grief and angrily submitted multiple customer support tickets through the Taco Bell website, which also provided no immediate resolution. I believe I was contacted roughly 4-5 business days later by an automated email offering me a $10 coupon on my next order. Seeing as I received less than a third of my $65 order, I felt this resolution was unacceptable. In that moment, I again submitted another customer service ticket which has yet to be acknowledged. So I am now resorting to this public post in the hopes I will finally receive an acknowledgement of their incompetence and a refund for the food I sadly did not get to enjoy. Taco Bell, I eagerly await your reply and brisk resolution to this matter. Oh and if you don’t reply here, or contact me directly through one of my 4 or 5 customer service requests, you can reply on yelp, which will also have an exact copy of this review. Thanks again for your complete disregard for customer service and satisfaction. Below I have attached a picture of the order I received along with the receipt

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Ordered sour cream with my meal mentioned 4 times yo the staff member and paid for it but never received it. No straw for my drink. Meal was 12.01 and the rounded up instead of down.

I would like state to that this establishment has to be by far one of the most inadequate, sub par, eateries. I came here, excited and estatic for receive a Crunchwrap and burrito to fuel my incredible Saturday night, instead I was met with dispair. I, a hungry 18 year old boy, searching for just a measly morsel of food. I usually excuse this but It truly was a disappointing occurance. Rumor has it that I am still waiting for that Crunchwrap…..
