Not so good. I’ve started to give my money to local shops like Maizie’s, Ondo, and also Dunkin (can’t beat the $5 meal deal)! I feel like Starbucks, especially this one, has no soul anymore. You wait 30 mins for a drink only to be greeted by overworked baristas who hardly acknowledge your presence. It’s overpriced, depressing, and no longer the third space the company was in maybe 2018.

I ordered two dragon fruit drinks with coconut milk and one of them came regular there were barely any dragon fruit pieces in my drink so I paid extra so I paid extra to get extra but I had to wait in the line again and the barista was quite rude to me after that I didn’t even bother telling them one of the drinks was wrong

This was the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been ito my life. It took 45 minutes and we still don’t even have a drink. The service is awful and the people are terrible.

35 minutes for a frappe at 3pm is crazy… Or maybe it’s just me.
The frappe was great.
The customer service was great.
I notified them at the 18 minute mark that I had been waiting 18 minutes for my order. She politely told me they are working down the list. I continued to wait with everybody else in disbelief, and ultimately received the beverage 35 minutes after placing the order at front counter. Other customers who has placed their orders online were even upset that they were waiting. Like the man next to me who said he ordered 2 iced teas online 5 minutes before he walked in, when I mentioned my order at 18 minutes, and when I left, he still didn’t have his drinks.
Besides that, it was clean, stocked, professional, and inviting.

I really enjoy spending time at this Starbucks on State Street. The space is nice and spacious, which makes it a comfortable spot to settle in with my laptop and get some work done. I also love that it’s right in the heart of the university campus—perfect for people-watching or just enjoying a bit of me time while overlooking the street. It’s one of those places where you can either be productive or simply relax with a coffee and soak in the campus energy.

After I bought my coffee and put some cream in my coffee I was told I had to leave because I took too much creamer and they knew what I was doing and that I should just leave now…I will never come back to this Starbucks location ever again and I advise you avoid it as well

I went in to sit down, relax, drink a cafe late, and browse the Internet whilst I waited for a friend. I went up the counter at 10.45am, there were 4 people behind the counter, one very busy young man making cofees and 3 other staff members standing around having a chat, laughing, looking over at patrons, laughing, and being rude. I was the only one in line and had to wait approx 4 to 5 min to be served while they finished their conversation. I finally ordered, I got my latte, after the only hard-working young man (feel very sorry for him, I’d be pissed off if I was him) had made it. I looked around for sugar or sweetener, and there was none to be seen. I then sat down to very weak Internet, which is required to be hotspotted to because this star bucks is in black spot where my mobile data is unable to be used. For bland unsweetened overpriced coffee with rude staff, I’d rather go to a local coffee shop where there is a smile and people are grateful for your patronage. Not a good experience at all. Do better starbucks.
