I remember when Taco Bell was value conscious. Burritos are smaller and prices keep rising. Hard to pick this franchise when there are better and cheaper options available. Still tastes fine though. Service is good.

Charging $7 for a crunch wrap for it to have jack all in it is comical. The work ethic and general respect from the employees is horrendous and it’s sad to see these kids not being held accountable. 3.5 average stars is a stretch for this place. Management needs to get it together.

I was on vacation in Nevada and decided to stop by a Taco Bell along my journey. In the UK we have Taco Bell, sure, but this location really opened my eyes to what an amazing experience it can be. I was served with such politeness, kindness and thoughtfulness when I couldn’t find my wallet in the establishment and one of your workers (Caiden, I think her name was, apologies if i’m wrong) was so helpful in making sure I stayed calm, didn’t panic and helped me find my wallet which had fallen onto the floor while I was ordering. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Caiden for helping me out and for saving my vacation, not to mention a fantastic dining experience

We went to get a quesorito because my wife is pregnant and it was her favorite thing before they stopped making then so it was nice to try it out again well I wish we didnt it was just a bunch of tortilla a little rice and beans and nothing more the size of a taquito for $6 is insane and they tasted like they swept up the left overs off of the floor and threw it into a tortilla I would definitely recommend avoiding this taco bell along with any other taco bell at this point they aren’t even serving slop at this point my dogs wouldn’t even eat it they were also extremely rude and didnt put any sauce even tho the ticket eveb said the sauce we ordered. Definitely dont recommend save yourself a waste of money time and disappointment.

Worst in every way, tried it twice, first time I left after waiting 26 minutes and they forgot to make my food, yesterday was fast but they burned my Cinnabons to a crisp, for $19.15 I expect a lot more. Never again! like every place I’ve tried here, except Dave’s hotchicken, that place is very well managed.

fernley taco bell is a very terrible place to order from. simply put their food is sad soggy and the customer service is like trying to talk to teenagers who have no idea what theyre doing which is exactly the case. they also have people harassing my father in law on facebook because he spoke the truth behind some anonymous username.

This is absolutely the worst Taco Bell in the US. Truly hate to leave this kind of review but your team was soooo lethargic on such a slow morning I can’t imagine them surviving in a busy area. Took 14 minutes to get my order when I was the only one in the restaurant!!! The kiosk thing makes it even worse hands down!!! You figure the kiosk might help get the orders out quicker without human interaction, but that definitely isn’t the case at this establishment .
And trust me when I say I hate to leave this kind of review, I’m not a “Karen” by any means, but holy cow y’all need to know about this place!!

I went in a couple days ago and overheard an employee with glasses and a large birthmark laughing about how much salt he put on the chips and cheese, i of course just before hearing this ordered chips and cheese at the kiosk. Curious, i ate the first chip before leaving the establishment. Of course, these were the saltiest chips I’ve ever eaten. The salt overwhelmed my tongue and my face contorted as if id just eaten a lemon.
This is just preposterous. The service is always horrible and I’ve never felt more unwelcome at a service establishment.
