This is by far the worst Jacks i have been to. Hashbrowns cold and stale, ice cold cheese on cold ham amd cheese biscuit. Each item charged separately at full price instead of combo price. Having been a manager in Jacks in the past this was very horrible way to send out food and service was no better.

Past few months feels like they are rushing though orders to reduce they’re drive through times. While fast it’s costing accuracy. Specified condiments, drinks, and even entire meals were missing from our orders the past few times.
Yesterday we ordered at the drive though, and rushed off only to find a entire meal missing. Called back to see if we could come back and get it, they said they would put our name on the board. Came back today to place another order and reclaim our other order. The shift lead refused to check the board and again rushed us out of the drive though.
Even on this order, they still forgot the drink and the condiments . Again.

Here’s why you didn’t get 5 stars. Idk who at Corporate thought it was a good idea to get rid of the dukes mayo packets for takeout orders, but whoever it was needs to be fired ! Somebody had to work pretty dang hard to find a mayonnaise that tastes as disgusting and bad as the one you give people for the to go orders. Congratulations, if you were charged with finding the cheapest mayo that tastes like crap, you were successful !!!! For Customers, Do yourself a favor if you want extra mayo asked for a cup of mayo from the kitchen. The crap in those packets is Nasty !!!

Each and everytime ive purchased food it was cold or buns stale , exstra crispy, i ask for apple pies i get strawberry, .management are not doing its job , the place ne er looks clean and noone cares that work there. The service sux , ive tried multiple times for this jack to get it right, this is an on going problem,when will it get fixed.

Do better . No reason at 8am should you be wrapped around the building. Extra biscuits should be prepared especially on a Monday that it’s not an issue . Yet , you have cars hanging into the road because service is so slow.
