I placed my order through drive thru and was assisted by Anthony (per receipt) even tho the car in front of me took a long time once it was my turn Anthony was amazing and very professional. I pulled up to the window and he confirmed my order to make sure he got everything. The order did take about 20min which was frustrating and I had to park in front of the store. Anthony came out and apologized for the wait & for forgetting my 2 freezes. He did seem overwhelmed but was very professional and has amazing customer service skills. I hope your night gets better and keep up the great work.

Normally I don’t go out of my way to review fast food places, but the Tuesday-night crew just made me the most BOMB chalupa I’ve ever had! Seriously, whoever made this should be running the store because this is QUALITY. It’s arranged perfectly and evenly, and it tastes incredible. Today, November 29, 2025, I went to buy food through the drive-thru. The cashier, a tall, thin, dark-skinned guy, had a very bad attitude. I paid him partly in cash and partly by card. He took the cash and charged everything to my card. If I hadn’t noticed on the receipt, I wouldn’t have realized he was overcharging me and keeping the $15 in cash. I went back into the restaurant and said, “Hey, you charged my card for everything!” He yelled at me and asked, “What’s your problem?” I already told him, “The problem is that you charged my card for everything and didn’t credit the cash I gave you.

it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. From the start, the staff seemed disorganized and unsure of their inventory. We were repeatedly told that certain items were unavailable, only to be informed moments later that they were indeed available. This back-and-forth was frustrating and wasted a lot of time.
The drive-thru service was incredibly slow. Despite waiting for an unusually long time, the order we received was subpar. The portions were severely lacking – the Street Chalupas had the amount of meat that should have been in one chalupa spread between two. When we finally got home and opened our order, we noticed they had forgotten to include napkins and sauces, adding to our frustration.
It’s clear that the management at this location needs to step up. The staff requires better training, and there should be a more consistent presence of experienced employees to supervise and assist the newer team members. Overall, it was a very disappointing visit, and I hope improvements are made soon.

Whenever I order delivery or order ahead it it seems this location never has Cheesy Toasted Breakfast Burrito Sausage or the Breakfast Crunchwrap sausage, this location specifically please bring those breakfast items back

I asked for fresh potatoes in my cheesy fiesta potatoes. It still came out in 30 seconds. Very dry, old and crunchy . Two bowls of it.
