TL;DR – Disappointing. Maybe just come here for beer, skip the food. Service is poor and food portions/quality are underwhelming. The saving grace was tasty beer and a sunny day on the patio. — Ordered a Baja Burger with fries – burger was smaller than anticipated, fries are shoestring style (just fyi). Tasted good but $19 felt steep. Ordered a shaved Brussels Sprout Caesar and it was very low effort offering – raw shaved sprouts with a tiny amount of bread crumbs, barely any dressing (it was very very dry), and nothing else, and it was served in a plastic bowl. Also ordered a side of sweet potato waffle fries but received regular waffle fries instead (which I didn’t even see anywhere on the menu?). After the food drop the server disappeared for a very long time (we were basically done by the time he came back and he even acknowledged this in the most awkward way by saying “haven’t seen you guys for a minute” – um, yeah). I then expressed my confusion to the server and he just replied “I’ll let the kitchen know,” but did nothing at all to resolve the mistake. When he brought out his payment device and presented the bill he said, “We’ll make sure you get the sweet potato fries next time.” Didn’t comp anything, nor did he express any desire to make things right this time. This is not how you fix order mistakes, my dude. We got three beers total in addition to the food and the cost of it all was $60. There might not be a next time as things stand. You guys have some work to do – there are not enough quality restaurant options in Manzanita and you have the potential to fill a gap. I hope you’ll see this review and work to make things better.
