Food takes forever even if you order online with the app before showing up. The drive thru speaker must’ve been broken because they had a line and someone occasionally taking orders in person. Worst experience at a “fast” food restaurant I’ve received . I recommend going somewhere else.

Well, I went in and was told to do self-service, then was told to use an app. Well I asked can’t I just tell you what I want and order. He huffed. And finally, took my order. Then he had to ask for help. He gave me my receipts had stood there waiting for my cup. i had to ask for it. Then he said oh that drink machine doesnt work. Well if it didnt work why didn’t he ask me what i wanted to drink. As you can see on my receipt I ordered a large . And was given a small. The place was extremely dirty. Bathrooms are locked you have to ask permission to use them and they are extremely dirty.

I went in to pick up a door dash order. I waited 25 minutes and left without my order. Doordash unassigned the order since I’d been waiting so long. The employees do not even acknowledge you unless you start being assertive. No type of customer service from any of them. They were 4 maybe 5 people behind the counter . They spent more time talking to each other than helping the 6 customers waiting for orders. They were also only accepting kiosk orders
