Just left this location at 1:34 after waiting 10 minutes at window 3 and seeing about 10 cars behind me get their food and leave. No napkins and the meat is over cooked. Is this how customers are treated who in this case now used to frequent this location?

Horrible service I called to let them know my fish sandwich was burnt. The response was “Our grease needs to be changed so it’s browning the inside and outside of fish even more. I asked for refund I was hung up on. I called back Manager “Tabitha” was just as rude. My last time ordering from an established that is too cheap to change grease.

I stopped by yesterday for a quick bite to eat, I was gonna order on the kiosk but there was a lovely lady in the front that said she could help me out. She took my order with ease and was quick, got my food out to me in less then 5 minutes. I believe her name was Abriana she was bagging food, cleaning the front area and was sweeping as I waked in, the establishment was so clean and her attentiveness to customers while making food was absolutely amazing!! Definitely coming again today

Went through the drive through. They forgot to add the 2 burritos i ordered. I didn’t realize it until I arrived home. Drove back, went inside, and told the lady behind the counter. No apology, just got my food and handed it to me. I felt as though I was not heard or appreciated. Then the burritos that were given to me were crunchy on the ends. Horrible experience…

Went into this McDonald’s establishment to order a double cheeseburger. Received my burger in a timely manner, service was quick. When I sat to eat my burger, I noticed the meat looked dry and the cheese was cool. I brought it to the server attention, I was told, “that’s how it comes and and if I make you a new one, the cheese will be the same way.” What she doesn’t know is that I’ve been to this establishment several times and I have never had this problem. I’ve been eating McDonald’s for over 35 years, I’ve never been told the cheese comes cold. I don’t know if they are being trained by a manager that don’t care, but you never tell a customer that your cheese will come cold. Double cheeseburgers already triple in price, so you basically telling me a hot burger at that price ($3.49), will come with cold cheese. Quality has left the new days and it’s sad. If food is not severed at the right temp, it can cause illnesses. Having cold cheese on a hot burger is not good. Management, if you are reading this, improve your staff knowledge and make sure they are trained in food service because one day someone is going to get really sick.

Avoid this location. Fountain drinks are always flat. Twice, bread on sandwiches were stale. Owner is disconnected or incompetent. Made a total of 5 trips over the coarse of the year. The McDonald’s on 37 is always much better. Almost like a different restaurant.

Just out of concer I have to day. Just make sure you check your items and large cups if you are purchasing from the monopoly menu. Apparently this location is running out of the Game packaging even though it seems like for some mysterious reason one of the afternoon managers offered me a peeled code from her shirt pocket after I had to come back for the same reason I am writting this. Today it makes my 4th time dealing with the same annoying issue. This time the manager just faced the opposite side of the window after she noticed I was looking for the code on my large cup. I had to use my horn to get their attention and without even asking I was handed a code and got an apology for the “misunderstanding”. I get it we do not get paid enough for what we have to deal with on a daily basis. Trust me I am one of those people that have to do 3 peoples jobs on a daily for the pay of one. Let’s stop this one up mentality, we cannot be returning evil to evil. That way the cycle will never stop.

The drive-thru is always very slow. I’ve literally had to sit one of those drive-thru parking spots and waited over 10 minutes just for a 1 meal for myself. Also the fries are always cold and never taste good. By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to… You’re better off just driving past this one and drive an extra few miles to a different McDonald’s.

If I could rate this McDonald’s lower than 1 star, I would. The food I received was absolutely horrible. I ordered a snack wrap, and the chicken inside was cold, paper-thin, and so small it was laughable — about as skinny as Steak ’n Shake fries. The wrap was loaded with more lettuce than anything else, to the point where I had to open it just to make sure there was even meat inside. What little chicken there was couldn’t even be tasted.

To make matters worse, the fries were also cold. And after being told to pull over into space #1, I expected hot and fresh food — but what I was handed was the exact opposite. Clearly, whoever sent this order out did not care at all about what they were serving to customers.

I was too tired and already halfway down the road on my trip back home (out of town) to turn around and waste more time fixing what should have been right the first time. But I can tell you this: never again. If I ever find myself near this McDonald’s in the future, I’ll be checking every item in the parking lot before pulling away — because based on this experience, the staff cannot be trusted to serve decent (fresh/hot) food. I spent $35 on food that I couldn’t even eat!!!!!!!
