I have been to this location a few times because it’s close to my job. However the first time I came in my online order had been cancelled so I had to re order it on the kiosk. The woman behind the counter told me I need to make sure I order online with a big order. I said i understood and apologized as it had been cancelled and we were re ordering and I even showed her how it had been cancelled. She then told me again as we were leaving and told my friend in Spanish the same thing that we need to order online before coming in. We always order online as we did today. I went through the drive through and the lady at the drive through window instantly berated me for coming through the drive through to get my order since it was such a big order. There were 9 meals it was in 3 bags. I said oh okay next time we’ll come in I’m sorry about that. As she was handing me the bags she said it again and I repeated my self. Then she said you know there’s only 3 of us in here so it’s really hard for us to bring your food to the window. I said ok I’m sorry next time we will come in. As I gave everything to my passenger the woman kept the window open staring me down making me extremely uncomfortable. I now understand why this one is always so slow. We will no longer be ordering here and neither will the 11 other medical offices in our building.

It was very unfortunate and very sad i had to drive 30 minutes away to this location . Because management on september 26 at 1.30 pm couldn’t help me know what to do to get a refund on the app so i brought my phone and show her and she couldn’t figured it out also so text her tec guy but she didn’t mentioned anything else about it . I expressed my feelings how her other manger that claim talk to me on the phone and she stated we can’t evolve in people feelings that’s cold blooded
to me because it’s like take the money and we don’t care if you come back. all i wanted to know how to get a refund on the app and they couldn’t help and the response were not understanding and my face was so long other guest was in my business not knowing what they’re talking about i wanted hr number or the owner number they avoid that. I never try leave review but 30 minutes driver was a lot and just to much and far from my home she said people made mistakes but i call less 20 seconds of the other and it’s my fault i just wanted them to know i felt and i got shut down . food was remade but i feel that was not good enough it was my fault and o well

Customer service completely sucks, The prices here are ridiculously expensive, it cost $12 for two chalupas and then $4 for two tacos. After I already checked out and paid I asked the manager if he could bundle this into a combo to save me some money and he said no. He said there was nothing wrong with this and it was the way I ordered it and it is what it is. Just absolute terrible customer service, they ask you if you want to donate your change but they don’t ask you if you want a combo!! Ridiculous!!!

Super last minute decided to drop by and order ahead on the app to pick up a burrito. Everything seemed fine. But when I got to the cashier’s window, the young girl there had a very pissed off demeanor.
Her name is “Brianna R” from what’s the receipt states, I had a very overly positive kind tone with her from checking in till picking up my food and leaving. But her body language, tone, and the way she spoke was honestly kind of disrespectful and rude. Didn’t really set up a good precedent for my visit, and I’ll be sure to go out of my way to avoid coming back here.
I’m not sure what set her off to have a bad attitude.
I hope it wasn’t my asking for a side of spicy ranch but yeah i was kind of hurt by the whole experience.

I was walking through the drive thru because I don’t have a vehicle at the moment. They didn’t take my order until I got to the window. I ordered my food. The girl gave me my food without a bag and forgot to give me my drink !! I literally had to remind her ! On top of that, with the delay of process. I missed my bus

This store has undergone a recent change, where they no longer accept orders at the counter. They instead, man the counter with a staffer, who directs you to an order kiosk, instead of actually taking an order. They’ll even show you how to order on the kiosk. So why is it so difficult to just take the order?
The staffer will take cash, so why don’t they just take the order?
Food was lackluster, barely warm. Definitely not worth the price paid.
I don’t mind paying a fair price for decent food, but this is unacceptable

If you like personal interaction during your restaurant experience, this is not the place to go. Worst experience ever I walk in and I’m greeted by someone at the counter who tells me to interface with a kiosk to place my order. I’m the only person in the restaurant and there are four people in the back. they cannot take my order or answer any questions about their food? The manager tells me this is the corporate procedure I do not recommend Taco Bell any longer, if this is the case. Seriously cold.

I can’t stand this location. The new young girl in the front constantly keeps making mistakes every time i order here and they couldn’t even fix the order at the window. (“Make sure it’s correct on the screen before pulling up or they’ll make you go back around”) Then after we got our food they added too much salt on the top of our chips. Horrible. I didn’t even go back for the rest of the order they didn’t add. Will make sure to go to another location. They need new management to train the employees better!!

Have been to the location on Rainbow and Russell several times. When you drive thru, difficult to hear. When you go inside to order, you have to use a kiosk, even for a cash order. I went today, 08/27/25, between 11:00am and 11:20am, placed my order, inside at the kiosk, was ready to pay at the counter, with cash. I think I stood there for 5 minutes, finally said I was ready to pay if someone wanted to collect my money. Nobody responded. I even had my cash visible. One of the female workers finally came around from the back, kept on going and proceeded to get a broom and dust pan. Looked right at me, did not acknowledge me, and sweeping appeared to be more important. I stood at the counter for about 10-15 minutes and finally just left, I didn’t even tell them, I do not even know if they made my food.
I will think twice about going to any Taco Bell in the future, as this seems to be their mode of operation.
