As Many people like me know that the Kiosk is not user friendly at taco bell Alexandra noticed this in me and helped me immediately, I have had so many bad experiences with this issue and Taco Bell Corporation has not looked into this and has lost many costumers as this issue continues, but Not Alexandra, she is proactive and not letting this compromise a sale and a customer. Come visit and experience it

Was very fresh and well portioned, warm and very tasty.
Dining area
This Store is very clean and no fast food restaurants atmosphere.
Trash area very well maintained. Clean Bathroom.
Parking.
Easy on and off I 15 with 3 different driveways available.
Service was excellent.

Everytime I come here everything is right! The employees are all friendly and helpful. 5 years coming here now figure they need a review! Everytime I order the minimum cost is at least $30 and everything is custom cus my kids and hubby are picky. Not one time I can remember was anything wrong maybe missed a cup but an easy fix. Good job guys.

If I could give this Taco Bell a zero star, I would I asked for a veggie crunch wrap, which is very important to me because I’ve been vegetarian for almost 5 years. They gave me a regular wrap and I bit it and I was spitting up and I didn’t even swallow it, but it still was in my mouth, which was very disappointing.

The little girl @ the window had a disgusting attitude. She was rushing me, told me they didnt have what I wanted but they did. Just awful customer service. Got mad at me because she messed up order. Just very disappointing because I like taco Bell but not with employees like that.

There is no such thing as service. You talk to a kiosk and someone hands your food and never says another word. I don’t have any thing to say because I can’t say anything good.

If you want to get ripped off then get the $6 fries, reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 it’s because the serving of fries for $6 is ridiculous, other than the meat was good it had a good taste and customer service was also very good. But better to go next door to tacos el gordo and get you the small for the same price but with more meat and fries.

This particular taco is horrible employees have bad attitude. Spent over 20$ in a rush didn’t check my food but needless to say my whole order was wrong. First and last time eating at this location. I will starve b4 visiting this location it’s an absolutely noooo for me!!!!!!

Said they wouldn’t take my app code, couldn’t speak English well (i know they’ve got to get jobs and that’s totally fine but my Spanish is also fine I’m just tired) and took forever in the drive thru. I hate coming here but it’s the only one open when i get off. Thankfully they always prep my food well.

So it’s 1 in the morning there’s really no place open to eat even truck stops are closed and yes I’m a truck driver so I pulled in here to try to eat and they would not serve me cuz I had to walk up to the drive-thru I parked my truck so they could see it I told him I would not fit and they said sorry we can’t help you I think that’s a shame a guys hungry with money and they won’t serve me. There’s times when all the restaurants are closed and we’re still working we need to eat I wish there was a way to boycott a place like this that won’t serve people to make it happen for them. It’s in North Las Vegas Nevada on Lake Mead Boulevard.
