We’ve ordered delivery from this location (on DoorDash) a few times now and I just wanted to give a shout out because they NEVER miss.
Always have napkins, always have sauces, always have straws. Three things that get often missed from other places.
Obviously this is delivery and food gets shuffled in bags… but when I tell you they never miss… you get food neatly wrapped and get to handle and eat nicely prepared menu items that don’t fall apart. The portions are also consistent so we basically know what quality we’re getting when we order from this location.
Great job, guys. Your team is rocking it!

OMG — I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell location for a few months now, and the food is consistently on point. Tonight, though, I want to give special recognition to two team members who truly stood out: LB at the window and DeeDee on the intercom.
Their kindness, patience, and overall positive attitude made the experience exceptional. When the individuals at the window and intercom are this pleasant, it’s a strong reflection of the entire crew.
I genuinely appreciate the great mood and friendly service. This location continues to be a fantastic Taco Bell to visit!

Incompetent employees who can not simply read a screen directly in front of them. Wasted time, energy, and gas because of this. Had a certain amount of time to get back to work. Because I did not sit at the window and open up every item to make sure it was correct I got screwed. I do not have the time to come back as I took lunch to come here. I live no where near this location as I was en route to a job and decided to stop here so I’m completely at a loss for a refund or the correct food. Because the employees don’t pay attention to what they are doing I now don’t get to eat lunch. I advise everybody that comes through this drive thru to stay at the window and double check all of your items because it’s very apparent the management team lacks proper training with there employees. It’s very sad that someone can be in a job that’s so easy yet still mess it up. I’m still waiting for a call back from upper management which will most likely not take place because I’m sure they will mess that up as well.

I bought veggi bowl in store at this location. The employee is not trained how much quantity to put in the bowl and the service is bad. Quantity is very less and absolutely not worth for the money. The tried the other location which is near by and they are well trained and there service was much better than this location. I will never come to this location.

So, the family wanted Taco Bell for dinner = big order. I enter the store and the woman comes to the counter and tells me I have to use the kiosk. I don’t do kiosks because it takes forever and usually, the kiosk can’t accomodate modifications to things. She says the kiosk can handle any changes and we have to use it (translation: I’m too lazy to do my job). So, literally takes me 20 minutes to place an $80 order on the kiosk and guess what? I can’t make the changes I want. There’s only 2 kiosks, so between myself and another gentleman using the other kiosk and having just as much trouble, the line backs up.
Lo and behold, suddenly they are able to take orders at the register. I guess the non-lazy person decided to take matters into their own hands and take orders. Food comes and I should have disassembled my order right there and checked it because I don’t think I’ve ever ordered from this location without them screwing it up. But, I was aggravated and just wanted to go home. Of course when I get home, I find they left out 2 items from my order and screwed up another item. So now I have to drive 10 minutes back to the restaurant to get things fixed. No apologies or even an acknowledgement that they suck. Just gave me my new stuff and walked away. Can’t remember when I’ve seen a bigger bunch of goons including the manager, all working at the same restaurant in my life. Steer clear of this place!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I was charged the wrong amount for my order, $14.79 for one quesadilla? and when I pointed it out, they refused to issue a refund. The food I paid for was incorrect — not even an apology. Just excuses and zero accountability. This place has no respect for customers, no professionalism, and clearly no problem taking your money without providing what you paid for. I will never come back, and I strongly recommend avoiding this TACO BELL location at all costs.

First time at this location and truly impressed with the quality of food. The service was also amazing, the employees were so happy and welcoming. Everything was so fresh and hot, best Taco Bell in Frisco. Recommend 10/10.

I’ve been in this drive through for 34 minutes. One car was literally at the window for 10 minutes. This can’t be real. I then returned home only to find soggy tacos and a item I’m allergic to.

This is the second time I’ve received poorly made food at this location. I opened my burrito and it was hardly wrapped. I picked it up to take a bite and it completely fell apart. The beans are watery and it’s clear no one takes pride in their work.
