Had a very positive experience on 2/27 around 7pm! The workers were very friendly as they took our order and patient with our modifications. I have a cinnamon allergy so I asked for them to not be included in my luxe box and they asked me if I would like them to wash hands and change gloves! I’ve never had another location ask me that before. They also asked if I wanted a substitute side for no extra charge as it’s an allergy and not a preference and I’ve never been asked that before either! All and all we have a very positive experience and will definitely be coming back to this location because of the customer service!❤️❤️

Now I’ve visited this restaurant three times within two weeks. I use the app to order. The options to receive order is drive thru OR grab n go. I always select drive thru. Why whenever I go to get my order, I’m always told where I can or should have gone to pick up my order. I can clearly see what the options were. I selected drive thru as always. And as always the employee/cashier seems to have an issue with me picking my order up the way I chose (drive thru). So why become argumentative? Because it’s a problem for this location, I’ll be sure not to visit anymore.

Big difference between what you expect and what you get. Have had good experiences here before, but this is pathetic. Will now stick to the Craig @ Lamb location or the newer one on north Lamb. Both have been on point. Also, avoid the location near Centennial and 5th.

This Taco Bell was recently built so they implemented a drive thru lane and a mobile pickup lane – to speed up the process. Unfortunately many people aren’t informed how the process worked and are left clueless on what to do next. Maybe the workers were fed up with always having to explain the process because they stopped speaking after the initial contact. To go radio silent shows a lack of professionalism and or training. At the end of the day we just need better communication.

Order incorrect, and missing items. Took an incredibly long time to get initial order. Took almost half an hour to get the remaining 2 burritos and taco. Guy taking the orders didn’t seem like he had any clue of what’s going on. Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.

I don’t what they’re teaching in schools these days but when did 8 equal 4???

Ordered 2 Drink party packs and received one…. the lights are on but nobody is home. I would recommend only ordering during the hours when adults are working otherwise the chances of getting your order made correctly are reduced greatly, at least by half.

I have to say I had an experience today with the works there that made my day. First how they greeted me when I placed my order, then the kindness when I drove up to pay. The food came out fast and good quality , and then when I was ready to drive off they said “if you enjoyed the service today honk” it was all so fun and not what you see these days. Then when I got home the left a note on my bag saying “ we enjoyed seeing today” all really nice touches ans unique and made me smile! I didn’t catch the employees name but the young man at the window , and the young women making the food were amazing ans I’m grateful to have had this experience ! Haven’t had that before. Even first time at this location.. so kudos to them for making this experience a thing! They deserve Recognition. The day was 4.9.25 around 715pm!

Most incompetent staff ever! Even the layout of the building is nonsense.
I placed a drive thru order and they told me to park in the front and they’ll give the order to me. I waited for 20 minutes and called the store to check the status of my order and they hung up on me. I went back to the drive thru and they immediately got defensive saying I’m supposed to be parked in the mobile order lane. WHY WOULD I PARK IN THE MOBILE ORDER LANE WHEN I ORDERED IN THE DRIVE THRU?!?!? I’m feeling so petty right now that I want to apply to Taco Bell, work my way up to management and fire all these employees.

Do not order from here. If you do delivery, the app send the driver to a residential address that isnt the store address. My driver went to the residential address, picked up nothing, drove to my house, dropped off nothing, and left with my tip. Then I go to the store to get my $41 order, and after sitting in the pick up line for 20 more minutes after telling them I arrived, the dude comes out and says I should just leave because the new cook is having a melt down. I asked the kid to cancel my order and he said I have to do it through the app. I do this, and taco bell send me a $10 voucher instead of a refund. My bank wont even accept the credit dispute so I guess I’m just out of $41. Do not go here. Pick a different taco bell. Its worth the extra few minutes saved going a bit further to avoid this location. Seriously. Dont do it.
