Too frustrating to eat here. Every time I ask for “no lettuce” I get “less lettuce”…
That’s because they’re filthy. Their cooking station is always messy with ingredients mixed in with each other. Sometimes I even get tomatoes in my non-tomato items… Just too annoying to eat here any more. This location sucks.

They never fill up the soda cups. Cinnamon twist not dusted and all small broken pieces. Mexican pizza not cut, soft shell tacos soggy, had to repeat my order multiple times. Bad crew and bad location.

I leave plenty of reviews, but never thought of giving a shout out to the best Bell in Henderson. I’ve been coming here since 2020. And you can feel the change. Abby is a godsend to this location. I shouldn’t come as much as I do, but she recognizes me each time. She’s so friendly, personable, and just a true joy to see when I stop by. I even swing by when I’m down because I know the food will be made right, will fill me up, and I’ll get great service. She is a true asset to your team – especially compared to previous service levels found in past years.

Came in today and bought a nice amount of food! The workers were standing around just talking. When I got home every one of my crunch wraps had no meat in them. They sold me crunch wraps for $7 a piece and they contained lettuce, tomatoes and a taco round. What the hell is wrong with you guys? Will be walking in tomorrow for my money or a replacement!!!

To the hiring manager, you should check someone’s manners before hiring them. Today, October 31, 2025, at 8:00 AM, your employee was discourteous and didn’t say good morning. When she delivered my order, I told her, “Have a nice day,” and she didn’t respond. Any problems she may have at home shouldn’t affect her work or how she treats customers. I hope you take action. I have a recording and I will upload it to social media so everyone is aware.

Every single staff member needs to be retrained. I could hear staff members talking trash about customers in the drive-thru

You are required to order though a kiosk and wait for your order. The only drawback is you cannot get a paper receipt if you want one. You can enter your email address into the kiosk. Other than that the food was great and the staff was friendly

Not only does this quesadilla look like someone cut it with their feet, but isn’t the cheese supposed to be *melted* in a quesadilla? Oh, wait. WHAT CHEESE?? Pathetic, Taco Bell.
