Being vegetarian and finding a proper meal was extremely difficult in Alamogordo. Taco Bell came to our rescue. Their vegetarian menu had so many options for you to choose from, and their website clearly talks about certified vegan options. Their ordering kiosks at the store let us patiently choose what we wanted to have without disturbing the staff or other customers.
This outlet was at a prime location, having dine in, take out, and drive through options. The outlet was clean, there were a few people dining in during lunch, it was spacious, very polite and friendly staffs.
I would definitely recommend people with dietary needs to confidently have their meal in Taco Bell.

Bro. Why can’t yall read? 4 missing items and all of the items we did receive were messed up. If your guna order from here I recommend going in so you can check your stuff. We ordered delivery and the driver said our food was ready but they wouldn’t give it to them.

Still didn’t get my order right you can take that push button screen and throw it in the deep fryer and even when I talked to the young lady at the counter to get green sauce on my burrito it still didn’t happen order a burrito supreme and got a beef and bean I’m done with that taco Bell going to the one north of town at least they get your order right cause you haven’t in the last three times I’ve been there

Lady working the drive through was super rude. When I pulled up to the window she looked at me like I wasn’t supposed to be there… even though I just ordered about 10 seconds prior. She handed me my food, I said thank you, she rudely stared back at me and said nothing. Very friendly. When I got back home, my two tacos were completely broken in multiple places, which I’m sure is just one big coincidence right? Terrible service. Around 2pm on Nov 26.

SLOW!!!! Placed a mobile order. Showed up and found a line of people trying to figure out kiosk ordering. Looked around for the mobile order pickup area and there was none. Stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before the gentlemen in the office finally looked up and saw me. He got up and asked if he could help me. I told him I had a mobile order. He said they were making it right now. 5-10 minutes later, I was handed my 2 cheesy beef burritos.
I don’t get it. The employees I saw were simply meandering around. One lady was restocking, but at a snails pace. She looked at me several times and never addressed my needs. Employees making food stopped to get their Monster’s that was delivered by I’m assuming a friend or spouse.
Meanwhile, drive thru was backed up, the lobby was full and I was waiting for my mobile order that they were “working on”. The whole time, this guy was sitting like this in the office. WOW!!

Took a while (15m) to get my order. I didn’t get my customizations for my box combo nor the sauce I ordered with the nuggets. I had to go back and ask. The digital receipt I had didn’t load, which also didn’t help. Overall poor experience

The best. Sometimes small things like the “Supreme” sour cream, or a staw is missing, but it’s always what you expect, which is good when you need repetition, or a comfort food.
