Got a big family meal, took it home and biscuits were missing so I called. When I went back to get my biscuits the girl working offered me a free side or a gallon of tea. I asked if I could have the side but pay for the tea and she gave me both for free for the inconvenience. She was very nice and very good customer service. These days that kind of service is hard to find, everyone is rude and seem like they hate their jobs so I was impressed to actually have good, friendly service. ❤️

The staff is usually the same so the low turnover is telling of the quality and management.
Food is usually ready before you can even sit down. The lunch deal is a fantastic price. Food is always fresh and tasty.

I gave them a 5 star because the first time I visited the dining room I was impressed on how clean it was. Restrooms were also clean. That to me says a lot about the store. The employees are great and brought our hot food to the table. We order the chicken fried steak meal and it was fresh and hot. Have ate there on multiple occasions and always good hot food.
However, we came thru the drive thru yesterday and ordered the shrimp meal and a Famous Chicken Sandwich! The shrimp dinner was excellent. The Famous Chicken Sandwich was hard and not so warm. Couldn’t eat it. Had a tough time tearing it up to give to the dog. Very disappointed because I was told by several people that they have the best chicken sandwich. Boo!

Everytime I come here, the front desk girl is ON IT!!! She is the only reason I come here for my little one!!! Service is quick and they don’t forget stuff!! 10/10 girl up front’s name is jasmine!! If you want to be taken care of, ask for her!!

Ordered 5 piece strips with large green beans and mashed potatoes. No sauce, napkins or silverware. Nobody in the dining room and nobody in front of us in drive thru. Person taking the orders is difficult to understand. Waited at the window for 4-5 minutes without being greeted all while watching them make drinks for the car behind us. Got chicken strips green beans and mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken is so spicy it’s not edible. Green beans are just ok and at this point Im so over it, I don’t care what the potatoes taste like.

Now there’s a restaurant to get the best chicken pot pies in the area the crust is flaky it’s always hot and tender good and flesh and they get some of the best sweet tea you ever tasted better than you can go down in Tennessee and find. That’s some damn good home cooking a pot pie and a glass of sweet tea on a cold day and they got some creamy cold swell too it’s good too.

My mother-n-law was in a hospital across the river in St. Louis.
There were 15+ family members there. I stopped in here and picked up the largest dinner package they have. This included chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy and vegetables. I took it to the hospital waiting room. Everyone was very surprised and thankful! They had been there overnight.
There wasn’t much left, so we shared what was left with others in the area.
