Taco bell was slipping today. The food took 15 minutes to come out and it was cold and dry. I got a bean burrito no cheese add guac and jalapeno… Tortilla was dry and crusty just like the beans. My kids food was cold as well and the tortillas I’m pretty sure had been sitting out all day. Very disappointing.

AMAZING COFFEE. For this being a fast food joint I was really surprised. The service was amazing. Even called to make sure our order was ok, we went through the app and messed some things up but the manager was more than helpful. I wish I remembered his name but you Sir came in clutch! Food is OK not as good as it once was, very little meat in the tacos &burritos. Considering the cost is so high. Your better off, eating at a real Mexican restaurant for the money as well as the atmosphere.

I don’t like to give bad reviews and I’m only leaving this in hopes for better quality control. I ordered 2 chalupas and they were hard as rocks. Chalupas are supposed to be soft and flacky. Not sure how that happens. I also ordered 2 spicy grilled cheese burritos which you pay extra for. Not a jalapeño in to be found. I understand that they were pretty busy but I truly feel they either don’t pay attention or don’t care. I really hate leaving this sort of comment,but it is what it is

One of my twice per year visits. It was decent. I think the quality of taco bell gets worse and worse. Or I’m just getting over it. Service was aight though. 7/10 will go one more time this year.
