Mad about a breakfast burrito it is so thin and flat, hardly any egg in it. The drive through guy was rude and impatient when ordering and handing the food over. This is why i dont like coming to this one, always try to give it another chance but always dissappointed.

Taco Bell use to be my favorite fast food restaurant. I went from coming at least a few times a week to a few times a month and now it’s safe to say I’ll probably never come back again. They have they taken all hot sauce out of the lobby so that you have to ask for it. You would think these employees are getting super bonus to gate-keep the sauce because every time I ask for it, they’re stingy as can be. You would think these people are personally making the sauce and only have a limited amount. I ask for 6 fire and I got 4. I literally only go because I love like 4 packets on each taco. I don’t want to feel like I am nagging every time I go to order your food, begging for your precious sauce. Maybe you feel good knowing that you have the power to give as much sauce as you see fit for your customers. Whatever the case, the food sucks and the service sucks and it’s just not worth it anymore. I mean i guess you’re actually doing me a favor by treating me this way for so long, I can finally say never again. Thank you for that.

Loaded nachos were small and not very loaded. Small taco salad feature for members was tiny, about the size that a serving of beans would come in. Low quality / value for the price.

I’m highly disappointed with this location. I paid the $20.49 plus tax for a dozen tacos and two double cheesy beef burritos . The burritos were good. The tacos were very skimpy, they had very little meat, cheese, and lettuce. That’s a high price to pay and not get anything in them. They don’t even add tomatoes . I asked how much to add tomatoes and I was told it would be $9.00. Really??? I can but a lot of tomatoes for $9.00. Do better or lower your prices!!

THIS IS FOR JAYLYN she was extremely helpful and accommodating we got our food almost immediately when we ordered quite a bit of food that also included us asking for modifications like no tomatoes etc. it was exactly what we asked for. Jaylyn also has great customer service skills and was able to hold a conversation while making very witty jokes while we waited on our food at the window. We definitely enjoyed our experience and we will be coming back to this establishment again!

Placed our order online since it was a bigger order. Pulled up to the drive thru and and let them know we were there to pick up an online order. We should have known we were in for a treat with the tone the girl had through the speaker. Pulled up the window was not greeted or handed drinks. Two or three girls just stood there , their backs to the window , talking and scheming. When the food was done one girl pushed it out the window with so much attitude, I said thanks but when I looked up she was staring us down for no reason. When she gave us our drink she did the same thing. She did not say one word to us, just stared like she was daring us like she was looking for a fight. When we got home all the food was either not what we ordered or made wrong. The Mexican pizza had chicken on it , crunchy tacos only had meat,. at that point we were honestly afraid to eat the meal. With the girls attitude and how chaotic the food was, who knows what they would actually do to the food.
Good luck to anyone who goes to this Taco Bell. I think last nights staff should be let go. Not for our sake but for the business/owners sake.

What a remodel! Taco Bell has always felt like the lowest end of fast food due to the stores, but not anymore. The design is modern and cozy. Even had a small lounge area. As always the food was great and fast. My wife and I were both surprised and how nice this store is now. Go give it a try if you haven’t in a while.
