They forgot to include my avocado sauce packets that I had paid for. A couple other times my orders have been wrong and I would have to go back and get the food that was forgotten. Another thing that I feel is inconvenient, is I have to specify if I want my cravings box in a box. If you dont tell them, you get a big bag with all the items in it. Hard to sort out when you get home and have ordered 4 of these boxes.

I used to get the power menu bowl and when I ordered the cashier said a chicken cantina bowl? Thinking it was the same thing I got it and didn’t see the power menu bowl on the menu. Ugh this new bowl has smaller portions then what I used to get in the power menu bowl and more expensive! These fast food places are gonna go down one by one when nobody wants to eat there anymore because of outrageous prices for tiny portions of food. Bring the original power menu bowl back! Don’t recommend this place unless you have the money to splurge

This is without a doubt the WORST excuse for a Taco Bell I’ve ever had the misfortune of wasting my money at. Corporate should shut this place down. I had to stop going there after one bad experience after another. They overcharge me nearly every time… then argue with me when I point out their mistake. Don’t even bother trying to substitute something because they will over charge you and then still give you the wrong thing! I once had to wait an hour for a grande meal because they were out of black beans… After they made more beans, they gave us our order and everything was made wrong anyway. Don’t go here if you have any dietary restrictions or allergy, as they simply don’t care enough to get your order right. This place is terrible.

Drive-thru menu was busted; no one trying to fix it. So, just ordered tacos. Informed the cashier of the menu. Said, “Yeah, its pretty windy.” Blame someone or something else mentality has been implemented at this Taco Bell.
Then there are the tacos…dripping with greas; only took 1 bite and gave the rest to a pup. If grease tacos are your thing, you’ll enjoy this location. But if you prefer decent food and responsible customer service, try some other place.

They were so busy, but still worked quickly and seemed to work together well. They even got my order exactly correct which doesn’t always happen when a place is busy. They were kicking it! Good job team!

They completely botched our order. Not a single thing was right. And they overcharged us. This location is such a freaking joke. They took 30 minutes to get us our order, too. Never ever again will I go here. We have dairy allergies and ordered fresco, but lo and behold, there’s cheese and sour cream in all our things. I am beyond mad.
