The food was a little slow coming out, we were dining in. The place was very clean the employees were very courteous. The manager on duty introduced himself asked us how our meal was. They also have fried chicken very good!

The cashier was awesome and super friendly. The food took half an hour. I do wonder if they forgot our order because people after us were getting their food first. When I went up their he started to give me an excuse until he saw the number pushed a few buttons and then started filling our order. Considering the weekend lunch, it was clean.

Just went thru the drive thru… took 30 minutes to get my food. I ordered two 12 piece meals that came with a 1/2 gallon of soda each. The lady at the window handed me my food and charged my card. Driving home the bag with all of the side dished ripped open and a whole large side of macaroni and cheese dumped into my cup holder. The smaller bag that held the gravy was full of soda.

Honestly, it’s one of the dirtiest fast food restaurants I’ve ever been to. Trash was overflowing, tables not clean, trash left by soda machines, and don’t get me started on the state of the restroom . Within an hour of eating, ended up sick (3 out of 4 of us). Definitely will not be back

Seems to be a bit busy. The freeze machine wasn’t cooperating. The dining area was a bit messy. The cashier seemed to be rushing through orders but not really listening to the person making the orders. It is fast food, so it’s not much different than going inside to order at McDonald’s or Jack in the box.

We come here often. They r always out of a lot of things. People trying to order their food and this time they were out of biscuits, ran out of chicken, they didn’t have any katchup, didnt have any freeze drinks and no option to drink that didn’t have caffeine. I don’t know if its poor management or what but the workers are doing there best at what they r given. I’ve had stale crunchy tacos b4. Last time I ordered crunchy taco’s and was given soft taco’s. Didn’t realize it til we were well on r way home to the Canyon. There is ALWAYS some kind of issue here. Wish they could figure it out though.

My family stopped here for some quick food before heading to Grand Canyon. We ordered 2 chipotle chicken burritos and 3 beefymelt burritos, but received ONLY 3 burritos in total. Among the 3 burritos, 2 of them were bean burritos. My husband forgot to check the order before leaving. We didn’t find out until we got on the road. We didn’t even bother to head back because the service was extremely slow and there were a group of men just gathering outside and didn’t make me feel very safe. I would recommend you to avoid this place if possible. If you choose to get food there, please make sure to check your order before leaving the door.
