Did a pickup order. When I got there told food was given to someone else and had to remake it. Waited about 20 minutes to get the food. Finally received it. Despite the wait it was still hot and yummy .

Really no point in having a mobile pickup when you order in advance and show up, you have to wait 20 minutes because they want to take everyone’s order that is going through the drive thru even tho the order was placed long before those people pulled up to the drive thru. It’s all about money they got paid with the mobile order so they don’t care when it’s made or picked up they have to crank out the people in the drive thru to make more money first

This is one of the best Taco Bells I have been to. And I’ve been to the fancy one in Vegas that serves alcohol. They’re always so quick with your food by the time they charge my card I have my tacos in hand. And the food is done right. You can tell they care about what they are putting out! I also love that they still have a $5 craving meal. It hits the spot every time.

It’s newly open and I’ve yet to experience any problems. Service was quick and nice. Food was standard good Taco Bell. It’s replaced the McDonalds nearby as my go to if I want fast food without going into town.

Twice in a row they have messed up my order. After forgetting items then called me a liar and rifled through my bags to see I am indeed not so sad I lie about a taco and a burrito. Ended up with cold, wrong food.

After the mobile app glitched, who i am assuming was the manager was very friendly and ready to figure out what was going on with my order. She found the reciept and told them to start on it, no one did after about 5 minutes once she was done taking a walkup order she saw me still waiting and asked the employees again to start the order. Well she went to the back, watched multiple orders go out through the drive thru and then watched them stand there doing nothing until another drive thru order came up…finally another manager or shift lead asked me what my order was and they couldnt find it asked the first manager about it and handed them the reciept for the THIRD TIME and i dont know if it was two newer employees or what was going on with them but omg, the molasses pace that they were going at was ridiculous, the second manager made MULTIPLE DRIVE THRU orders before they finished my one order and then it got handed to the person working drive thru idk why they couldnt just pass it to me as i had been literally watching them for 20 minutes. No one had even bothered to fill the drinks in the meantime bc they just had forgotten all together about it and didnt read thw reciept. Honestly wasnt even mad about the app issue it was the fact that the first manager told them 2 times and then a THIRD TIME to start working on it and everyone was just. Clueless. It sucks that there is finally a Taco Bell on this side of town and i get it that training new hires can be make things slower but they all just ignored her twice bc no one cared to listened.

I order from the App. For drive-thru pick up go into the drive thru as the App says but they always tell me I’m supposed to park and come inside to get it. I’ve got a baby in the car what’s the point of ordering on the app if I have to get out I might as well just order in drive thru and get it at the window. Why can’t I get my online order at the drive thru window? The other taco bell on Fry Blvd does this correctly why not this one? This has happend repeatedly.

Seriously if you want no human interaction, then this is the place to go. If the drive thru or pickup only model is the way of the future, then let’s turn back the clock. Food was so-so, portion size greatly reduced, and missing an item from our take out order. One and done
