I thought the point of the drive through was for convenience, I was given the wrong order then had to go inside. Then once I got my correct order they couldn’t even bother to give me napkins. Customers service is nonexistent these days. No sorry no nothing. Just dropped my order in the front and dipped.

First off, Good luck. I hope your luck with this location is far better then mone. What really is the point of an preorder app if the food received is consistently incorrect? We’re at the point of having to open each item just to make sure it was made properly when order? I’ve been to this location on three separate occasions and each time I have been the only one in the drive through lane and they make me go around to reset their timer, not only is that annoying but definitely unprofessional. Mess up a food item occasionally, and out of Baja blast too frequently to be 5 stars, but it’s one of the better taco bells I’ve been too. Inside theme makes me feel like I’m eating in a prison, so mostly just takeout.

Usually a good place. Ordered Grande Nacho got home from my lunch break. Opened the box and no cheese. Not sure how you can do nachos without cheese. I called to speak with the manager she was rude and really didn’t care. When I told her what was wrong she was like okay and. When I asked for her name she told me she wasn’t obligated to give me her name. I told her I was coming in to speak to her face to face. When I got to Taco Bell #023151 her whole attitude changed even got her name. Morgan the same respect you showed me in person should have been the same on the phone. She gave me a free item and soda so that I wouldn’t write a review. I will be back to speak to Renee. I hope he is as disappointed as I am.

This was terrible food the worst I have ever had.i had a crunch wrap supreme I couldn’t find any meat it had lettuce and tomatoes a lot of sauce.My husband had a Mexican pizza had maybe a teaspoon of meat tasted terrible. Worst meal we have had at taco bell will never go back there.

This Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been into, I’ve said it about four times that I’m never going to go back and I keep going back because it’s the closest, but as today no more I will no longer be going back I ordered a Mexican pizza and it tastes like it had some kind of cleaner chemicals, The fries were cold as if they were heated up in the microwave they were very soggy. Terrible terrible terrible food. My taco was cold as well
