I placed an order through Uber Eats, I never recieved my order. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager Victor, he let me know my order was already picked up quiet awhile ago. He was super helpful in full filling another order for me which I just picked up myself. He even waited for me to come and pick it up and hand delivered it at the pick up counter! Thank you again Victor, this is what I call GREAT customer service which is super hard to find these days!

After giving Taco Bell a rest for this kind of frustration. I come back to see nothing changed at this location on 9/5/25 between 9 and 9:30pm. We got supreme lux boxes. We didn’t even get boxes. Everything in our burritos was clumps….and our chicken chalupas were even more sad than this taco.

They often don’t prepare your food correctly. Very sloppy work. They sometimes skip add-ons you paid for and give you warm coffee instead of the hot coffee you paid for. Simple things that are easy to get right.

Went during “dinner time” this evening about 7:30pm or so. We got a pretty easy order I would think. 4 regular burritos, 5 crunchy tacos and an order of the cinnamon twist thingys. Only thing good was the cinnamon twists. All of the burritos not only were extremely little but they were awful they were extremely dry, beans were old and hardly any cheese at all. But what was really bad were the tacos… there was hardly any meat on them at all and they were so soggy they just fell apart… spent $30 on probably the worst Taco Bell that we’ve ever had. What a disappointment.

My order is almost always wrong. They close the inside, even for dashers so you’re stuck waiting in line for 20+ minutes to pick up a fast food delivery order. Oh, and if you go personally & your order is incorrect , you have to wait in that same line all over again.
If you’re going to go to this Taco Bell, ONLY GO IN THE MORNING. The morning/early afternoon crew is phenomenal. Fast, friendly service and the food actually tastes like Taco Bell.
But hey, it is usually pretty clean inside.

This location is really good for not messing up food, sometimes there’s mistakes but whatever we’re over it. Sometimes it’s a wait for food but I’m really not complaining – my food is hot. Service is good here too. They are quick to fix any issues and sometimes they you get a soda on the house.

Took a while to get order, when my order was received it was missing items, crunchwrap supreme tasted super off and nothing like a crunchwrap. Cinnabon delights were extremely stale, didnt receive any of the sauces I asked for, unhappy with the quality of the food here, dont recommend.

I do love the food here am a weekly customer but lately my orders have been wrong and have been having to come back. I am pregnant and don’t have time to be doing this these Cashiers need to do their dual diligence to make sure they serve food right. Alexis Sanch who took my order forgot three items in my order like what the heck I’m having to go back and claim this very much absurd. I had to wait in drive thru for my food for 20min and for me to see he was just chatting with co workers and for my order to be wrong! Management please get involve and have your employees give better service.
