As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Only 2 cars in the drive thru… including mine. Got a completely different meal than I ordered. Paid $6 extra for a featured item and received a normal cheeseburger. Ordered glorilla BBQ Texas toast burger and this is what I got. Seriously disappointed!

These people are useless. Had a door dash order, was waiting 20 minutes past the pickup time, not one person came to the window other than to move the box of straws. At one point I got out of my car and went to the walk up window, at which point this guy walks over to the dash window, so I walk back over there, he shows me both door dash orders, says “one moment” shuts the window and the next thing I hear is this guy throwing a temper tantrum.
I get it if your busy, your busy, but open the window and communicate. Its literally not that hard. We had another 2 dashers behind us and the middle one kindly asked us to move so he could get out. We contacted dash about it and luckily received full pay for having to experience these two and there unprovoked and unmanaged anger for their job.
Also I get people have bad days, but the drive thru line continued moving, at one point one of the employees stood there with his arms crossed and just stared at us, I would like to believe this was a bad day – however from multiple other reviews suggesting the same thing I now am pretty certain that they were playing this game intentionally. But what are we? Three years old. Its pathetic of adults to behave in such a manner, and after reading about the food poisoning below and the chicken sandwich that had no chicken ill just believe these guys are going out of business at this location. Employees are rude, dont want to work, just want to stand there and collect a check but also play stupid petty games. This experience was absolutely ridiculous, the tough guy staring at us literally could have just opened up the window to communicate whatever issue there was. But of course, why would he? He’s obviously not a very stand up character, any way in conclusion I’d stay far away from this place, not worth it, they will definitely be reckless with your food, and that’s if you even get it.

Computer aided drive through. It will upgrade your order based on response, for example medium or large? Will resize the order. Very busy place for size. I waited 10 minutes for cars in front of me. Ordered 8 piece chicken strip and they weren’t ready after the long wait. I was directed to pull forward for another wait. Chicken was hot, fries warm.

Cold fries, sloppy burger assembly, sauce and cheese everywhere, cashier didnt say a word just stared at me. Upon pull up to window, no one there. Besides being cold by the time I got home (4 min drive), the food tasted fine. This was rush hour on a Thursday. Should have known better as there was no other cars inline. For $15 meal, this is disrespectful as a consumer. Total experience doesn’t justify price point.

Went here with my brother to get some food for us and our dad we ordered 3 burgers and a chicken sandwhich along with 4 drinks and 4 medium fries guy working the window hand us 3 drinks and my brother corrects them and they give us our drinks we then get our food and get home we then open the bag containing 3 burgers and a fish sandwhich? I work my second job till late. This place is a life saver after my second job. Tonight was the second time I have been. The manager is an amazing person and so is everyone who works there. The food, service, and everything is great! Definitely recommend. I had the Big Buford and an apple pie. Definitely coming back again!

WORST RALLYS EVER! Completely trash service and food. Cold, old, burnt, hard as a rock, messed up order and absolutely not edible food. How do you make a chili cheese dog and completely forgot the chili?! Clear as day the food had been sitting awhile, everything was ice cold, the cheese and chili were crusty, chicken was like burnt rocks. This is ridiculous and wasn’t even worth wasting more gas to deal with completely incompetent people just to get a run around for a refund on garbage food my dog didn’t even wanna sniff or let alone eat.

This is the BEST Rally’s in STL. Always good food and friendly staff. I just ordered from a.i for the first time and I was worried it didn’t get my order right. The dude at the window didn’t mind checking for me and surprisingly, the computer got it right.

A well deserved review and 5 star rating for the manager Janice and the night crew (9/17/2025). I visited the drive thru for a late night order of big bufords and angry buffalo wings. I had trouble finding the location on the app, to order online and use my rewards. The young man at the window and Janice helped me use my rewards and kept apologizing for the wait because the computer rebooted and for wait time (that I was already expecting) for fresh dropped wings. The kitchen workers even came to the window to affirm that they were able to fulfill the request for all flats. It was great customer service and quality food all around! Even with the wait, that really wasn’t much of a long wait, Janice still compensated me with a complementary apple pie and adjusted my total. This location never disappoints when anytime we visit. Thank you all!
