I don’t know who thought it was a good idea to essentially burn the beans and then sell them inside burritos. Who wants dried cakes up beans? Burrito is so damn dry it tastes like NOTHING. can’t even taste the onion that’s how dry it is. Ill be going to del taco instead. They don’t give me shit beans and they have actual French fries. Lesson learned.

My husband and I stopped by the Market St. TACO BELL in Gilbert AZ.. I’ve been going to Taco Bell since the 70s.. and although a lot has changed, this particular Taco Bell was fantastic a stand out eatery! The best Taco Bell experience I’ve had in decades.. the food was plentiful, the staff was super friendly, the store was very clean..I just can’t day enough..I spoke with the manager because I had to let her know how well her staff is doing, from a consumers stand point.. Keep up the fantastic work Market Street Taco Bell! I’ll go out of my way to come back!

I ordered food around 6:20 pm on 1/25. Now got there about 6:30 pm. I was told to pull around and someone would bring my food out. Waited 20 mins and went inside and stood another 20mins someone came in from the drive thru line asking how long it would be or if they can cancel their order since it was taking so long. Thomas (I got this name from another worker) looked and said “it’s gonna be a while” With 3 people in the line and 2 in drive thru shouldn’t have taken I waited another 6 minutes and then Thomas asked me my order name then proceeded to to say “it’s gonna take a while” By the time I got home which isn’t far, it was almost 7:45 pm. When I got home with the order was missing stuff or just wrong. I Will never be back at Taco Bell again.

This location used to be great. I ordered a grilled steak burrito and this is what I got. A puny sorry excuse for a burrito. The person who made this burrito couldn’t make it more obvious that they hate their job. Get your act together over there, geez!

I ordered a crunchwrap supreme got home ate it there was no crunch about it cuz there was no tostada shell in it at all so how do you pay that much for a crunchwrap supreme and not even have a tostada shell in it. Need to wake up and watch what you’re making. Horrible

I’m inside the taco bell right now. Eating a crunchedwrap Supreme with Black Beans. There is no black beans. I took a bite and there was a black smear or a thin line smaller than a finger nail or a price a paper. When I realized I asked if they could remake it with a bit more beans. Politely. The young lady was nice and asked and the manager started getting aggressive and saying HE HAS TO PAY FOR IT! I’m not looking for double beans just a decent amount. They told me a half of scoop of beans is what I get. Than proceeded to charge me an additional $1.59 for the extra scoop. They ended up making it since the computer was showing a higher price than I was quoted. Once I reiceved my food. Same amount of beans. Please, for over $6 I expect to be able to at least see my food. Sorry for anyone who thinks that unreasonable.
