This woman is the most disgusting rude woman I have ever came across. She really needs some lessons and customer service. She has one of the largest attitudes I have ever seen on a human being. I would avoid this place like the plague. She is one of the worst people I have ever met. She took over 45 minutes and gave me nothing but an attitude with my order even when I was so kind and so nice to her, she was so evil avoid this place.

Stopped in for 3 tacos on 1/19/2026 dined in. everything was normal until I opened my tacos. All 3 of the were crushed. Very disappointed. Tacos Bell…do better.

I bring 5 people spend 50 bucks and the order is made incorrectly and I continue to call to see if I could come back and get it remade. 4 calls no answer… probably won’t be back and won’t be taking anyone else there either. I’d give 0 stars if that were an option. Boooo. Do better.

2/5/24 Update:
I got the most pitiful amount of meat in my crunch wrap. A few bites in I realized I wasn’t tasting meat, only mouthfuls of lettuce. I opened it up to reveal this sorry smear of sauce and what amounted to about a teaspoon of meat. That’s the last straw for me. It’s so unfortunate to see what was previously the best Taco Bell I’d been to in the Valley fall so low.
Unfortunate January 2024 Update:
The building may have been renovated but the worker’s attitudes leave something to be desired. On our first visit since the renovations, they gave us a regular taco instead of a Doritos taco–no big deal, just asked them politely to fix. They argued that it was “not on the receipt, but ok “.
Spoiler alert, it was indeed listed on our receipt. Got our taco replaced with an unwanted side of sass. Don’t usually care about simple mistakes but the attitude & apparent lack of literacy make this location sadly less desirable than it used to be. Since then, we have gotten more wrong orders, & missing items. Not impressed.

Out of all the Taco Bells we have visited, this one has had the most consistent service and no wrong or missing order mistakes, which is fairly typical of Taco Bells in general. Friendly employees, clean bathrooms, clean dining areas and plenty of seating are just some of the positives.

We aren’t a fan of Having to place your order on a kiosk. I like to talk with a person. I can and have done ordering at the kiosk. Not enough of that anymore. The manager did come out and assist us in placing our order. She was very friendly .But we did enjoy our chalupas and tacos though. The dining room area was clean. But the restroom needed cleaning.

Picture this, your big hungry at 2 am and nothing is open. No food in the fridge. I was looking at my kid and my boyfriends dog thinking “I’m gonna eat them.” BUT just before I was getting the seasonings out, my boyfriend says “taco bell is open” and we got our food. Delicious. And i passed out happily.
A million times thank you! Your hard work does not go unnoticed.

(This is a friend of mine. Hahaha) I ordered a cheezit tostada. They said $1 for a cheezit, I said no what comes on it, I’m guessing that something seriously went wrong! Hahaha. $1 large Cheez-its for sale all day at Taco Bell!!! Ha, just looked. Not even a full Cheez-it. So funny

Came in after seeing a hiring sign, but the manager said there were no openings. Feels like false advertising. It also seems like she only hires people of her own ethnicity, which is unfair and disappointing.
