This location just got rid of the Long John Silvers half and additionally increased the prices of a bunch of items. Taco Bell in general has been shrinking their food every year while increasing prices on top of forgetting items. Check out the photos, which include the Grilled Cheese Burrito at $5.49 and the Chicken Catina Burrito at $7.19. This is one of the very few times I’ve gotten everything ordered, but everything was 1/3 to 1/2 the size. Every real Mexican food restaurant in town is only a little more in price, and you dont get mostly dry tortillas with highly processed proteins sprinkled inside. Absolutely ridiculous.

Well I waited for 5 or 6 minutes at the window. They told me I was waiting on something to be cooked. I get the food the fries were cold right off the bat, and then 10 minutes later I got into my first hard taco shell and it just fell apart on the bottom like it had been sitting there for 20 minutes. I really don’t understand how they can’t serve you fresh food I will probably never go back to this Taco Bell ever again.

First and last visit to this Taco Bell. The place is understaffed. The tables were not cleaned. There was spilled food and drink on the floor at our table. The self-serve beverage station had spills everywhere and there were straw wrappers scattered around. I don’t mind using a kiosk to order, and in fact, I prefer them so I can make my menu choices without feeling rushed and can customize my order items to suit my preference. Only occasionally did one of the staff members appear from the kitchen/back area to help anyone who was intimidated by the kiosk ordering process. They didn’t seem to take orders at the counter at all. The functionality of the Taco Bell kiosks is poor compared to other kiosks I’ve used. Once you add one item to your order, you have to do a bit of exploring to get back to adding more items. I like to customize my menu choices, and in this case I needed to leave cheese off of the two tacos for my wife (lactose intolerance). Her tacos still came out with cheese on them, so it appears the kitchen staff just sees tacos on the order and didn’t pay any attention to the No Cheese choice we made. Fortunately, the cheese didn’t melt into the tacos so my wife was able to pick it off, which was a good thing since there was no one at the counter so we could ask for a remake. I had almost chose Extra Meat when customizing her tacos (which would have been an upcharge), but when I saw that the kitchen didn’t leave off the cheese as requested, I was glad I didn’t order the extra meat. The kiosk would have charged me for the add-on, but I sincerely doubt the kitchen would have added the extra meat. By the way, the small amount of meat on the tacos was pathetic. I don’t know if that’s the new standard amount on a Taco Bell taco or if it’s just incorrect preparation at this particular location. I used to get tacos from other Taco Bells occasionally and they had more meat. As stated in the beginning, I don’t plan to ever return to this location given the lack of service, unclean conditions, and incorrect order prep.

I usually come to this Taco Bell alot. But this last time the food didn’t taste as good as normal. It tasted old not just one item but all of it we spent over $40. Mabey it was just a one time thing. But my wife and I were really disappointed in the quality based on the price.

We went here a few nights ago to pick up my mobile order, the staff are very rude especially one named Adalena, another one was on her phone while taking orders at the window. I suggest management have a talk with their employees, if they are having a bad day, they should not even come to work. I will never come back to this Taco Bell, I’d rather go to the one on Pinal, at least they are nice and are respectful to their customers.

This is the second time I have eaten here this week the 1st time I a asked for a cheesey rice burrito well it was no yellow cheese in it just a hot tasting sauce cheese it was extremely dry tasted terrible. So we go again suggested last experience they made a new one no good again I opened it up where is the cheese and rice what is wrong with this Taco Bell??? I will never come back there is another one near by I shall check out that one next week.
