I would give this place a 0 or no stars, but won’t. Let you go that low customer service sucks. Went through the drive through. Ask 5 times what come in the grill chicken crispy delox combo.

They put these little what it means. Don’t know how to treat their customers. Then you go up to the window. Ask for the corporate number. This stupid, so Call Manager tells me. I get to cheat on eating healthy one time every two weeks and this time I chose taco bell. I regret to inform you that I made a mistake. I opened my (anticipated) delicious crunchy taco to find that it was stuck to the wrapped at the fold of the shell so was ripped off upon removal. (STOP PLAYIN WITH MY EMOTIO S SMOKEY) can I just once get a crunchy taco that is actually crunchy and in one piece? I swear y’all are bored and using them as hockey pucks, I’ll bring you some entertainment for the love of all that is holy can I just get damn decent taco!

Wow I didn’t know what lunch rush was like cause I usually use drive through but decided to come inside today to decide on drink. Very busy, every employee was rushing around to get needs met it was pretty amazing. My food was done as it was ordered I only gave a 4/5 on atmosphere because of the chaotic environment but it wasn’t due to employees!

Not once have I ever had my food made correctly here. This is the only tacobell on my way home so I keep stopping here hoping, just once, they can manage to make a taco correctly. They’ve gotten close. Most recently all the ingredients were correct except instead of spreading the sour cream, nacho cheese or spicy jalapeño they simply put it all in one spot. Which is better than the time prior where half my tacos simply had no potatoes onthem. Or the time before that were i got served avacado sauce instead of nacho cheese.then the person who made it called me a liar and said that’s what i ordered. When I confronted the manager and tried to show my recipe I was told “that employee has done that before”. Funny enough it was the same person who made my order today

My Crunchwrap didn’t crunch.. it was soggy. I also paid extra for avocado salsa and didn’t get any. I ordered carry out and I didn’t know my order was ready because they didn’t put it on the shelf. Employees weren’t helpful at all.

I recently had a really disappointing experience at Taco Bell. First off, the service was incredibly slow. I waited in line for what felt like an eternity, and when I finally got to the counter, the staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly. The food was not much better; my order was incorrect, and the items I received were cold and lacked flavor. The restaurant itself was messy, with tables that hadn’t been cleaned. Overall, it was a frustrating visit, and I left feeling unsatisfied and unlikely to return anytime soon.

I work very near this Taco Bell, and given that Taco Bell is probably my favorite fast food restaurant I frequent this location quite often since there aren’t any others close. I constantly have issues with this location. Taco shells are almost always broken or soggy immediately after receiving food and they very often either forget to put an item in my bag or give me incorrect food. They have also recently started getting very stingy with their hot sauce, I like to use minimum of 2 packets per item, lately they have been giving me 1 packet or less per item.

The food is good when it’s made correct to order. Every single time, my order is incorrect. I ask for no tomatoes and they add extra. The count of multiples is off. I’m often double charged. It’s always something. I will say the actual food is good when it’s correct.
