30+minutes in the drive through. Staff had wrong items once at the window, had to confirm what drink, sandwich came with cheese when ordered without, and curly fries were mostly small pieces/scraps. Pitiful!

Now normally I get down with the get down with Arby’s but tonight.. absolutely Not! What is going on with the fish and cheddar sandwich. I was all tuned up for a hot fish and cheddar and got a not so fish and cheddar. It was literally a dot of cheddar not a slice or spread of cheddar. The picture has way more cheese than this poor fish depiction they gave me tonight. I tried to chew on my fries which was the only good thing about my meal… Arby’s you need to do better!

The one time I decided to actually eat in this town and not only was my order the wrong one, it was so egregious that I almost vomited all over my vehicle when I took a bite. The only good thing was the curly fries.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE ….
This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced horrible service at this location. I believe in second chances, so I went back. I ordered two roast beef sliders, hold the white cheese, add red ranch and cheddar sauce. I was told they can’t do that, but they have any other times I’ve been. I asked when it changed and was told it hasn’t. I asked to speak and who the manager was that told the person taking the order, and she told me Josh and Avery were the managers. I asked for corporate’s number, and she said it’s online; she wasn’t doing this with me. I found corporate’s number, called, and advised them of the horrible experience I had not once but twice at this location. This place has gone down in the past few months and seems to get nothing but worse over time.
Leaving one start for each category being I can’t leave less.

Absolutely terrible service. The woman at the drive through was incredibly rude and disrespectful. When I got to the window, she was just as rude to my face. I didn’t catch her name, but she was bigger, dark skinned, had pink dirty dreads with caterpillar eyelashes and a nasty attitude. They forgot half of my order and the woman was complaining out loud about having to do her job. This woman does not deserve to be in a customer service position and should be a line cook instead.

Went inside not one person in line I walk up stand at the counter and watch the MOD steady pack for drive thru. He looked at me did not acknowledge me at all. The service today is terrible. No hey how ya doing or thank you have a good day. Be glad I wasn’t a secret shopper because that would have been a very low score. A customer needs to feel appreciated just like an employee.

Nearly a half an went by from when I pulled up to the drive thru until I paid for and received my food. It seemed only the one woma n was working and doing it all. Come Arby’s get off your wallet and pay the he up a decent wage and then maybe people will come work there.

I always use drive thru at all hours and my food is always hot and tastes freshly made! LOVE the Jamocha shakes!!
