Honestly, this is the best Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to… and I’ve been to them all over the country. The burritos are FULL and HEAVY. Everything comes out hot. Food is served VERY fast. Clean and organized. This location is my all time favorite and I’m sad I will be moving away from it.

Wow, what en excellent food. My Favorite Fast Food Restaurant is Taco Bell but I’m so Happy to have this one close to my House, this is a new location and I can see that there is room for improvement in the Customer service area for what I can see on other reviews, But I was helped by Caren and one other Girl at the drive through very pleasant and attractive.
I had the Mexican Pizza and I can for certain say is the very best excelente portion temperature was right and super tasty.
I will come and Dine in to do a separate review. Did not rate the atmosphere because of that reason.

This place was incredibly disappointing. Everything was okay, I went up to order and unfortunately I messed up my order twice. Whom ever was taking my order got fed up with me the first time and when I requested to add more or create a new order he said “no” with an attitude and then proceeded to slam the drive through window in my face. Now I would like to mention I was very apologetic, I had three people whom were not ready for there order and he was not having it. 10/10 would not recommend coming here.

Been here about five times since it’s the closest taco bell to my new place. And genuinely it’s the worst taco bell food I’ve ever had. It’s always a disappointment.
Also, what’s with the white board in the back saying “NO COMPLAINTS” girl, that’s why the food sucks, the sad workers are making sad food.
Update: my bf keeps bringing me food from here, so please, learn how to make a proper crunch wrap. Even the taco bell at my university is better.

Having a separate order and mobile pick up line is really confusing. The signage you have is not enough to help people understand. Most people expect a two line system to work the same way as a McDonald’s two line system we’re both lines are exactly the same.
I understand that you’re trying to change things up, but it’s pretty frustrating to be asked to back out of a line to move into another line for an arbitrary reason.

Tried to charge extra for toppings that were not agreed apon. Paid for extra sauce and did not get it and had to melt my own cheese in the microwave at home. Feeling scammed at the moment

A lesson in dissapointment. Don’t spend $6 for a cracker.
I got the cheese it Crunch wrap as pictured, and I have to say, it’s a great vegetarian food.
They even proactively made it vegetarian without me asking.
Looks like there was some loose beef or beans they forgot to scoop out of the bottom before they gave it to me though. Ate to the center to double check, and it was just a little bit of beef thankfully.
Please note that this is sarcasm.
The service was good, they were proactive in helping customers navigate the digital system, but I wish they brought back, like, one cash register.
