Service was prompt. I was standing in front of the register at the counter and the employee directed me to the touch screens. She did assist me. So food was as expected but don’t expect to have any human interaction at the counter.

Our family dosnt come here that often cause of a bad experience we had here until today. We did a mobile order and got there when it said our food would be ready. I came in and the guy knew my name somehow and it was surprising. I saw behind the counter the shelves where they store the food for like door dash etc. Filled our drinks and left took about 2 min. Drove home about another 2 min and then ate. Our food was cold I don’t know how long it was sitting there before we got it and was really disappointed again. They were off to a great start. The food was ok and to top it off the wife shared the cinna twists and for some reason these were absolutely delicious today.

If I were in high school or my early 20s I would love this place more. My daughter loves the Doritos Locos tacos. I like Nachos Bellgrande but the lower quality meat doesn’t leave me satisfied. Chicken dishes & breakfast are good. Fan of the mild sauce. Too bad they got rid of the green onions.

Just got food and even though they asked what kind of sauce and we told them there was none in the bag. This is at least the third time this has happened to me at this Taco Bell. Another commenter said they call this the no sauce Taco Bell and I think I’m going to start doing the same. I’ve submitted feedback to the store itself before and have never had a response. Kids working are usually nice.

This is the best Taco Bell in the area. You know what you are getting with the food, so I won’t explain that. They always give me plenty of sauce packets (I use a lot), and I loathe sour cream. Other locations often either forget to remove it, remove it and don’t mark the item as sour cream removed (confusing if I am with friends and we get the same thing), or scribble something on there that doesn’t make it clear if it is the item WITH sour cream or without. Check this out — “no sour cream” and a smiley face. This shouldn’t be as big of a deal as it is, but with typical service lately, I felt I should applaud this. Thank you!

This location is definitely skimping on the portions. Our tacos barely had anything in them! & this ain’t the first time. We literally drive to the Riverton or Sandy location to get Taco Bell now. This particular location is no bueno.
