I really miss the days when we ordered face to face. I went in today, ordered through the kiosk but chose to pay at the counter. I stood there for about 20 mins without a single person asking if I had been helped or if I needed anything in general. Employees would look at me but that was it. Its as if no one was working the front counter… Not too mention they were serving everyone’s food without giving them their drinks. I will not be going back to this location. Vernal’s is much better!

I have been eating fast food for over 40 years, and this is the first time that a meal has made me want to cry. I have come to expect inconsistency from Taco Bells, but 100% of my four tacos were a travesty like my photo here. Saddest tacos ever on the face of the planet.

There was a HAIR embedded in the meat of this taco. When I get fast food, I like to pretend that the employees are all wearing hair nets and gloves that they replace every so often throughout the day but this is obviously one of those locations that brings you back down to reality. Also each taco had very little filling and the hair taco looked and smelled like it was handled by someone that just handled the cinnamon dessert.

Everyone bashes on Taco Bell and says it gives them the runs, but I’ve never had that experience at this Taco Bell. The staff is pretty nice and they keep it looking clean. Inside has been quite empty every time I’ve gone as of late. It’s a good place to bring a group of friends to socialize. I wish they would write what is what on the wrappers though. That makes it tricky when you pay for a large group

Usually I don’t have any issues, but today I ordered six bean burritos and two five layer beefy burritos. I have no idea how someone can mess up bean burritos. The monstrosity I got was a mixture of a skiff of beans, rice, and a ton of nacho cheese sauce and some sort of spicy sauce. It is inedible. The only thing that says what ones the five layer is supposed to be is a dallop of sour cream added. There isn’t even any meat in them. I’m incredibly disappointed with whomever was tonight’s cook. We are currently trying to find something else to eat for dinner.
