They forgot part of my order in the drive through. I went in to get the rest of my order, but they wouldn’t give it to me since I didn’t have a receipt. The joke is, they never asked if I wanted a receipt in the first place. I had to repurchase my food.

Stopped here for dinner tonight (kids begging). Went through the drive thru and ordered from both KFC and Taco Bell. Brandi at the window was a delight! She gave us time, asked if we needed help (picky eater in the car) and greeted us at the window with a smile. Food was good and order was correct. We have ate here a handful of times and have always had good food and correct orders.

I could tell that they made the food fresh. The burritos were hot and hearty and well made. Often at this chain they drip and make a mess, but in this case they did not. The downside was it was hard to read the menu board in the afternoon because of the way the sun was hitting it. Also, I could not pre-order in the app because they don’t utilize the app for this location.

I came here with my brother for a quick lunch, I ordered inside cause we wanted to sit down. As we sat there we watched order after order get filled for people who came in after us. I finally get up and complain. They quickly try to make it right. But because of the time we had to wait I had to get back to work so I took my food. Only to open the box and realize it’s the wrong order completely. They are incompetent. They prioritize drive thru over inside customers and I will never step foot inside this decrepit disgusting horrendous restaurant again. Never had more terrible service. They acted annoyed when I said I hadn’t received my food. Everyone’s heads are up their butts at this stupid restaurant. And all the tables were disgusting.

So, apparently whoever owns this Taco Bell thinks its funny to let the staff do whatever they want. Pulled up at 10:03pm and they already have the sign and outside lights off but there are two people at the drive thru window and a lobby full of people. I sit at the sign and they don’t even have the decency to tell me their closed or even turn on the automatic closed message. I get out to go inside to find out why and a employee having a smoke outside said they were closed but refused to tell me why they were closing, TWO HOURS BEFORE ADVERTISED! BY THE BIG SIGN IN THE WINDOW THATS SAYS “DRIVE THRU OPEN TILL MIDNIGHT”!
Aside from always feeling like they are understaffed, they are constantly run out of ingredients, take long to make anything fresh on the KFC side and as of recently, you’ll be lucky for them to have ice for your drinks in the drive thru. Not sure what’s going on in the managment side of this place, but they need some new management, FAST! Corporate will hear about it this time. Not cool guys!

Seems like three soft tacos and a beefy burrito to me had multiple problems with this place but never posted but here they don’t care about whether your order is done right they want to move you around the line and push ya through so ya trash place overall didn’t matter how many rotations of employees there are still glaring issues exist.

One employee out of four that I could see from the drive through window was wearing masks. One of them wasn’t even wearing a uniform and was eating behind the counter.
This is the SECOND time I’ve come here when an employee/s weren’t wearing masks; included picture is of the previous time a few days ago.
I would give this location 0/5 if I could.

I would also like to add, as you can see in the picture, that the drive through window is kinda gross and I’ve never seen it clean. Never been inside because I only ever stop by right before work.
I did not buy anything this second time, and I don’t think I’ll be visiting again.
Please give the one employee who was wearing their mask a bonus.
