Double Decker Fam
As Taco Bell’s go this one was typical. The staff were jerks and the food was just as good as usual, it’s Taco Bell.
The staff refused to say the name I go by (Big Papa) so instead they just put my order on the counter. There were at least 10 or so other people who had ordered and were waiting so when everyone else had already been called up I walked up to see what was taking so long and the guy in the camo shirt said he wasn’t going to say my name (even though I’ve been here before and they’ve never had an issue with my name). Literally the name I go by everywhere.
I was missing an item from my order, but the staff fixed the issue when I brought it to their attention.
Plenty of seating restroom was clean.
Ordered from a kiosk, but an employee was available to order from if I didn’t want to use the kiosk.

Definitely the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. Especially the chicks that work at night. They beyond hate their jobs and since they hate it so much they make the food absolutely disgusting. They are punishing guests for visiting when they work. Spent $25 bucks and couldn’t eat any of it. I went one time during the day time and got workers who were kind and made it right but the 2 times I went at night – HORRIBLE. Either retrain or let go of your night staff. They are bad for business. Just look at these reviews. Won’t be visiting anymore.

I usually try to give restaurants the benfit of the doubt when leaving reviews but when you get scammed twice in a row that’s pathetic. I went here the first time and me and my friend got some tacos but when we opened them up there was only lettuce in the taco so we laughed it off and then I decided to come back and try the nuggets here. I went through the drive through and asked to get some nuggets which they said they only had tenders now for 4 bucks for two. So I ordered two orders of them but when I got home and opened they had only put one order in. So I spent ten bucks on two tenders then I open up my meal and there is two nuggets in the box not even tenders. Yall gotta do better and lock in. Taco Bell is lit but this location needs some work

My family has gone here about four times over the last couple of years. I have not left a review because I never want to judge a place too quickly.
We have yet to actually receive the things that we ordered without some pretty significant mistake. We’ve had things missing, we have gotten completely different burritos than what we ordered, and we once received a tortilla with nothing but lettuce in it. All of this is paired with the fact that ,without fail, the staff has always seemed minorly annoyed that we are there.
If you are craving Taco Bell, I recommend the 10-minute drive to the next closest one.

First time at this location and it’s the closest one to home, located conveniently right off the freeway exit. I haven’t had Taco Bell in years, but used to frequent this restaurant chain in high school, two to three times a week!
My all time favorite has always been the Mexican pizza, in high school with lots of hot sauce on it! So being nostalgic, I visited this location wanting the same thing. The issue is, one Mexican pizza is like an appetizer. So I got two of them to make it a meal.
The drive thru was a bit slower than I liked, but with the amount of people in drive thru (dine in is closed due to Covid) it wasn’t that bad of a wait. The employee who took my order was clear and efficient with my order. When I got to the window to pay, the employee wore gloves and a mask, and was made an effort to not touch my credit card as I was the one who inserted it in their hand held machine to pay.
Upon receiving my bag of order, the bag was sealed with a sticker and my order was accurate. I don’t frequent Taco Bell as an adult anymore, but when I feel likes Mexican pizza craving, this will be my location!

Slowest drive thru in the business. Wait times range from 15-45 minutes for a burrito. In all seriousness, whoever manages this location needs to figure out how to run a proper restaurant or launch a career at the DMV.

Food was good, but I paid several dollars extra to have extra things like jalapenos and fiesta strips and extra sauces on my food just to have it come without. Decent quality but workers should pay more attention when they make the order, so that you actually get what they make you pay extra for.
