As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Don’t waste your time I ordered a baconzilla with extra bacon instead got a mushroom sandwich and I ordered 5 wings I did not get as a truck driver it’s hard for me to get food so it speaks how little they tried

I literally sat at the drive-through line for like 15 minutes to order my food which OK I understand they’re busy. They have I ordered my food. They asked me if I can go to the next line To get my food instead of handing me it out the window where I was Sitting in paid so now I have to wait through the line that has 11 cars in it to get my food. I guarantee it’s gonna be cold. I work two number one, but I have the literally weight at our at a fast food establishment to get my food. I could’ve sat in and ate somewhere a lot quicker than waiting through that. Why do I have to order one window and then go to the neck. Any confused me if she’s like, can you pull over to the next window? I thought like pull up a little bit. No I have to wait through an entire another line. And they have plenty of employees in there. It’s midnight they’re Not short staffed. Do better.

Tried to call several times to fix it I’m stuck at work can’t go back before close no one answered the phone.

I don’t get how are simple order was completely ignored. I asked for two deep sea doubles with ONLY ketchup and cheese as it said it on the receipt as I cant eat tartar sauce. I get home and both was drowning in tartar sauce and packed with a ton of lettuce. There was four people there and didnt follow instructions at all. A waste of my money as I had to toss it away. A waste of my money and highly disappointed. If you can’t follow what’s said on the order then dont work there. PERIOD!

Haven’t had Rally’s in years due to poor service and food quality. Today we decided to go since we moved to a new area. Absolutely perfect experience. Quick and efficient, super fresh, hot food that was packaged with so much care I was totally mind blown. I know that may sound over the top but we all know how we receive food from fast food chains nowadays. Lol. Excellent job!!!! Thank you!

Just ordered food from Ralley’s in Middletown both of our chicken sandwiches we’re raw. One COMPLETELY RAW the other was just undercooked but still disgusting to eat. Wish I could give zero stars even the root beer was off.

If I could leave a negative rating, I would. The car in front of us never even got to order because no one ever answered at the drive thru. We waited ~15 minutes to even be able to order (only the one car ahead of us). Service was horrible. Slow and rude.
The food was repulsive, and inedible. I literally spent $12 on food that appeared to have been made weeks ago, not to mention the “chili” dog looked like it was covered in poop and dry onions. Almost all of it went straight in the garbage. The fries were tolerable, but we probable would not have eaten them had we seen the other food first. It will be a miracle if we don’t get sick from the few bites of sandwich we were each able to stomach (after covering it in Chipotle Ranch), but even then it still tasted like soggy warm lettuce.
Genuinely think this place is overdue for a health inspection.

Food was terrible. Service was shifty. They was cussing in front of my 5 year old nephew. And the outside tables were in really bad need of repainting. Not to mention they got both our orders wrong. Had to return 3 times just to get the correct food and they never did end up getting it correctly made. So we just gave up! I would give a 1 buck for anything on their menu. Been a long time since I’ve had that bad service.
