I have visited this location twice in the past two weeks at around 15:00 both times and both times ordered a simple burrito. Both times there were two cars in front of me. The first time, my order took 15 minutes to arrive and was not warm. The second time, it took a full 20 minutes to get two burritos. Not sure what is going on here, but this is the last time I will go through here.

I am a Door Dasher and this is the worst place to ever pick up from. There is no urgency to get these orders done. I stood there for 10 minutes before I was ever acknowledged. They do not start the order until we tell them who we are picking up for. Another 10 minutes goes by and I hear them say my customers order was ready. They had 2 people working drive through. My order sat there for the girl to serve 8 car at the window. I finally had to request my order that was getting cold. Absolutely ridiculous. Door Dash customers pay for their food same as drive through. There needs to be better training and better urgency for ALL orders.

Really good prices, decent food, terrible service. The time it takes to get a single taco is absolutely absurd. Every time I went here I was waiting upwards of 15 minutes to get my food, and even longer on a moderately busy night. I like taco bell, and it’s nice and cheap, but spending the TIME to get there and wait and wait and wait is mostly not worth it

Very slow. Waited 30 minutes for only crispy tacos. Other customers waiting even longer, only to find that their order was not in the system. Employees told several people that they recently got a new order system and it has problems. This place should close down until they can figure out how to receive and fill customer orders promptly.

If I could give zero stars I would. Food took longer than app said and came out ice cold. Spent 30 dollars and could only eat one taco because everything else was soggy and gross. Crunch wrap was suppose to have extra meat and this is what extra meat looks like. Only got meat on half of the crunch wrap. This Taco Bell has scarred me for life again and I will never eat Taco Bell again. DISGUSTING AND A LET DOWN!

They need to stop giving service to delivery services before in restaurant customers. We waited for 20 minutes for our food while they serviced 8 cars in the drive thru and pick up service. Ice machine was broken, which is ridiculous since they were giving us ice from the back and could have just filled the machine.
