wish i could give 0 stars. firstly, i came with my friend and only drive through was opened so we asked if we could make two small orders- instantly denied. then we proceeded to order a chicken quesadilla and it was a cheese quesadilla. we still tried to be nice to the worker but no words were spoken between us besides when we she said the total. i love taco bell so much and i work in fast food so i understand the feeling of working late at night but i also know customer service matters- i will not come to this location again. employee was extremely disrespectful.

I deliver for a certain food delivery service and last night I got an order for delivery. I arrived and the lobby was closed, which is whatever, but this location seems to never have the order, so I got this very rude female employee attention at the lobby doors just to see if they had the order, so I didn’t sit in the extremely long drive thru just to find out once again like usual they don’t have it… Before I could even say anything she told me to go to the drive thru… Absolutely do not have a problem with going to the drive-thru all I wanted to know was if this certain person’s order was there I tried to explain that to her and she just kept telling me to go through the drive-thru. finally I got her to actually listen to me and it’s my door I just wanted to know if the certain persons order was there and then had not been stolen by someone else or just not made she confirmed it was there and then once again set I had to go through the drive through which I did not mind doing when I tried to explain this to her that I didn’t mind going to the drive to I just didn’t want to have to waste my time if I was just going to be told it wasn’t there. She absolutely did not want to hear anything I had to say and told me once again to go through the drive-thru. I wasn’t trying to get special privileges by going inside and grabbing the order. She absolutely did not want to listen to my explanation or me trying to tell her I had no problem going to the drive through. A little bit of kindness and understanding goes a long way obviously this employee did not have any and felt like she was obviously better than me and had no time and just was snobby and very unprofessional. She from the very start was very disrespectful and rude. If she just dropped the attitude from the very beginning and listen to me for 2 seconds she would have understood what I was actually asking for and not trying to get special treatment . Her behavior was disgusting. Whoever the manager is needs to teach the employees a little bit of a kindness and respect. Your business is a reflection of your employees and she definitely should not be working there but I guess that’s on par for that location honestly . This location is absolutely one of the worst

We went to Taco Bell off Eagle Rd. While in the women’s restroom, a young female worker came out of the stall on her phone, looked in the mirror and left without washing her hands! Super gross! People are watching all the time. Have some hand hygiene and wash your hands. Looks like the staff there need to be trained or reminded that this is pretty important, especially dealing with people’s food.

Store policy is to only allow one order pickup per trip through the drive through lane. Doordashers should be aware of this, as it make take 30+ minutes to get through the drive up line. If you have three orders, you may have to spend an hour and a half picking them up, and the food will be sub-par by the time you get it to the customer.

THE SLOWEST AND MOST PATHETIC “FAST FOOD” RESTAURANT. I HAVE NEVER EVER enjoyed the food but sitting for almost an hour watching people who have ordered not only get their food before ours but the “lead” could not make the drink right didn’t even look similar to the picture advertised. Seriously just save yourself some money for el Tempe or some other authentic me Mexican food with some actual sense of customer service. Will not be wasting my money not only at Taco Bell as a whole but this location shouldn’t be open.

I came in right when they closing, I didn’t realize they closed at 1AM and not 2AM. The man working the window was awesome! He had the best attitude, he didn’t complain at all that we came in at 1AM, wish I would have gotten his name because he was one of the best people I have dealt with at this location, and the food was made correctly which for me is very rare at this location. But that’s besides the point haha definitely need to give the workers tonight a pat on the back and some mas card for the amazing experience!!

Sadly, I didn’t receive any of the items I ordered. There was no one behind me in the drive thru line, so I didn’t see the need to check my order before driving away. I will definitely be checking in the future.

I don’t even want to give this Taco Bell one star and I LOVE taco bell. The lady at the window was not only rude but also very rushing while she’s mumbling. They also messed up one of our burritos. It was a bean burrito.

Love Taco Bell with all my heart and I go all the time, I have never had a bad service until tonight. This girl must have just gotten bored because she was very unprofessional. She repeated a convo my buddies and I had and gave us a sarcastic response to a conversation she had no business bringing up. She also proceeded to not give me my drink after I said I had a drink and it was also on the receipt. Anyway the can hear your convos through the speakers.

I don’t understand why certain fast food places think that they can get away with not giving you what you order on mobile orders and then when I come inside to get what I paid for I was glared out by the employees. You just handed me the order and you don’t know what’s in it? I have to go through the bag and determine what’s missing? And its the most expensive tacos in the order? Tried being friendly about it but the service regarding the situation was ridiculous. I understand fast food isn’t an easy job but some people shouldn’t be in the service industry.
