We had a bad experience at this location. The pizza was terrible. The pics will speak for themselves. Service was poor as well. Not a good look for a Grimaldi’s in a high end area.

The service was friendly and attentive, however the food not so much. We were served old fruit on our appetizer, blueberries were old, strawberries mushy and brown. They did comp it for us thank goodness. The pizza was ok. Way too much arugula for me, looked more like a salad than a pizza, but it easily came off. The dessert was delicious.

We had the lunch special (starts around $10) which comes with a salad, drink and a good size slice of pizza. Thin crispy crust is just the way I like it. Just enough to satisfy but not so much to make you feel sleepy. I want to try a whole pie next time to see how it comes out. I only gave 4 stars because it was my first time and I only tried a couple of items. I’ll update my review accordingly after my next visit. With that all being said, I will definitely eat here again!

My daughter and I tried a 16″ pie this time, traditional sauce with mushrooms and pepperoni. Pie was great. It was sliced into 6 giant slices. We ate the entire thing. That being said, we both agreed we probably could’ve eaten 2 slices each and been satisfied. We’ll try the white sauce with different toppings and I’ll ask them to cook it a little longer to get the crust extra crispy.

One of the best pizzas in town! If you’re looking for quality ingredients where you can actually taste the difference ….. you’ll get it here! So delicious! Brick oven pizza is. a step above. With pizza this good you should make sure your servers are just as good. Unfortunately our server was “ok* … We were not offered refills or desert. She was hard to flag down or find.. We were one of 3 tables over lunch so you can’t chalk it up to the restaurant being busy. All in all I do recommend the food… but don’t expect outstanding service!

Unfortunately I do not think I would come back any time soon. They had one server and it was not too busy but busy enough for her to take 10 minutes to even get soda and water for us and then even longer to come back to take an order, I was prepared to pay for the drinks and leave but my kids were settled and hungry. The food was decent except the chicken tenders were not good at all. The manager on duty was useless, she ran some food for the girl but should really not be in a managerial position if she lets her staff fall behind and sees is, she looked at us multiple times and could clearly see we hadn’t received service for way to long all while still having the girl hostess as well. Gone way downhill, wouldn’t be shocked if this location closed soon.

My family and I first tried this restaurant ~8 years ago and I remember how wonderful that visit was. I’ve been wanting to return for another experience but obviously failed to do so throughout the years; however, the dream became a reality on 7 Jul 2024 because we finally returned for an evening dinner. When we walked in the restaurant, it wasn’t busy at all so we got seated right away without making a reservation. The irony behind the recent visit is that we sat down at the same table as we did from our first visit – definitely wasn’t planned that way, but a remarkable coincidence regardless.
It didn’t take us long to place our order because everything on the menu was streamlined and it helped that we had an excellent server (Amanda) to effectively answer a few of my questions. Speaking of our server…Amanda did such an amazing job that evening; she was extremely attentive and friendly/personable. I would even say that all of the employees I’ve talked to were outstanding…from the hostess to the manager on shift (I think he was the manager). Speaking of the “manager,” he demonstrated an extraordinary level of customer service and quality workmanship. Here’s why…
We ordered a Large Caesar Salad and two different pizzas. One pizza was half Prosciutto Arugula and half Build Your Own (Ham, Mushrooms, and Jalapenos). The second pizza was a Traditional Pizza with Mushrooms. Everything was cooked/prepared to perfection and I was instantly reminded why this restaurant was so memorable. Be that as it may, going back to the manager…the big thing that stood out from him was that he visited our table and mentioned he was going to remake my pizza. I was a little taken back because I thought my pizza looked great. He mentioned that he wasn’t satisfied with the overall quality of the pizza that had been produced and pointed out the “mistake.” He stated that we can keep the pizza that was made and he was going to make an entire pizza for us regardless. I wish I could’ve identified his name but given the date and time (~7:00 pm) of our visit, I’m sure the restaurant can easily identify who was on shift that evening. These kinds of traits are rare these days; to have an employee take the initiative to identify a flaw/issue before a customer mentions it, speaks millions of this person’s character and business practice.
The prices were very reasonable. I also have the utmost respect for this restaurant for their continuous support to the active men and women of the Armed Forces, including its Veterans – thank you for that! I don’t venture to a lot of pizza restaurants but whenever I have the urge to enjoy some quality pizzas, it’s comforting to know I have this restaurant accessible to me. I’m just glad it’s not located right by my house or else I’d be in trouble (health-wise). I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone – definitely worth the visit!

Just a so-so pizza for lunch experience. Not tasty and not particularly well put together. For deep dish Chicago style pizza, the personal pan sizes we ordered had disappointingly tasteless crust that was thinly turned up around the outer edges. Our server was friendly but even though the place was almost empty during early afternoon, we had a considerable wait to be served.
