2.5 minutes to get acknowledged after walking in.
Soured sweet tea and unsweetened tea. In the front lobby. Which is sad as it takes tea a good amount of time for this to happen.
Food sat on the counter for at least three minutes before the guy making food looked up and realized my food was sitting there dying. I found out his name is Jaden and he is the Assistant Manager. He is the only good thing I found in the store.
The manager couldn’t bring my food to the front counter and call my name she just shoved my food off to the side, but the very next order was a lady and she ran it to the front counter and called her name out. So did she discriminate against me because I’m a male. It was a very sexist thing to do. And then the next order after that was a female as well and she walked it out and called her name as well. So at this point I feel belittled and made to be less than because I’m a male.
This manager doesn’t deserve her title and I truly believe after watching the line and the quality that Jaden should be given the manager position as I know that this will help your pour reviews on this store.
Very little potatoes compared to all other Taco Bells . Luke warm and more sour cream than cheese. It’s supposed to be a 50/50 blend
Crunch wrap supreme first bite only lettuce. Next bite sour cream and lettuce. See picture the sour cream is all in one corner. Meat is non existent.. found a small tablespoon of meat in one of my last bites.
Beefy 5 layer burrito first bite mouth full of sour cream. Towards the middle of the burrito I got a mouth full of beans . One of the worst beefy 5 layer burritos in my life.
The only reason service is a 2star is because of Jaden as he went above and beyond multiple times while I was inside sitting where I could watch the line. This man deserves a raise and if not he should go to a restaurant that will appreciate his hard work ethic

Definitely open every item and make sure the ingredients are actually inside before driving away. I just paid a lot of money at this store and half of the food didn’t have the protein in it. They gave me burritos with just shredded cheese and sour cream in them. When I called and talked about it, I was told nothing would be done to try and make it right. Incredibly disappointing.

This was a good location. The kids running it did very well, food came out hot and fresh. I don’t usually review chains but this one was good. Finally tried the Mexican pizza everyone talks about. It was delicious!

literally ordered a side of guac and the nacho steak garlic fries and it couldn’t even fill the bottom. taco bell has gone downhill like crazy. caring less everyday.

Food is usually good, but whenever we go for breakfast in the morning they’re always out of potatoes and/or hash browns .. it’s 9am. Not even close to when they stop serving breakfast. They also seem to have frequent issues with their fryer which means they can’t make most of their breakfast foods.. not sure if they’re real issues or if the workers are making up excuses not to have to make food. So we can’t ever get breakfast crunchwraps and just end up getting the smaller breakfast burritos each time without potatoes.. which is what we want.. ♀️

This was the worst experience ever. We are driving thru and had to eat. Google says open till midnight they locked the doors at 830. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito. It had next to no meat on it. It was all the spicy sauce. I ordered the potatoes add onion i got 3 onions. When we asked for our drink cup the staff acted like we were trying to steal something. Absolutely not worth what we paid for dinner!
