I got my food hot and fresh. I can’t say that for a lot of places but this place does it well. The ones complaining about kiosk issues are just not with the times and they need an update themselves. The kiosk wasn’t bad at all. The manager is wonderful and the workers try their very hardest to make orders fast and correctly. 10/10

i order 2 5 layer burritos, late Thursday night. they give me 2 bean burritos. i take the food back, the cashier acts ok and takes my problem. i go up 10 min later only to find out sge never told any one. i had to tell them 3 times to get my order right.

As locals we have gone there religiously every week for years, until the kiosk was enforced upon customers. We have been in 2 times in which we were rudely told to use it – we walked out both times. The last time today, in hopes things would change-wrong, but asked much nicer to use the kiosk while 4 employees sat to the right of the order station. If we have to use the kiosk, food should be cheaper cause we aren’t paying for personal customer service. What happened to up selling the drink or other items? I just don’t want to use the kiosk, we go in for personal service.

Weary from road travel. Was hoping for a person to quickly take our order but the manager who was more than available urged us to use the kiosk even tho we expressed we weren’t comfortable and were wanting quicker service. She then chatted with a friend on the floor while we took a while placing our order with bad vision. Manager was not busy at all, just didn’t wanna ring us up. But what really surprised us was that she then proceeded to take the order for the 2 next families. We must’ve not looked like locals. All customers should be treated the same. Won’t be back!

Absolute terrible service. Breakfast is advertised untill 11am however they will not serve you breakfast at 10:50am and are extremely rude about it. Pure laziness on the managements part, and false advertising on behalf of the company.

I used the kiosk to make my unique order adding this taking out that. The young lady prepping my burrito came out to verify the ingredients I order so it took an extra minute or so but I loved the extra attention. Getting exactly what I wanted the way I wanted was definitely worth the wait. You go Taco Bell!
