Ordered a breakfast order online for pickup, and when we got there at 10:30 it said it was ready, but wasnt there. Asked about the order, they said they’d check, then at 10:50 was told that someone else had taken our order. Okay, mistakes happen. BUT, the on duty manager Kaden goes on to say they are “out of eggs” for the day, (I’ve worked MANY fast food jobs… you just have to MAKE more eggs) not only that, but breakfast didnt end until 11am?? He then told us he couldn’t refund us, we have to go through the app, which we don’t use. Only the online portal. What an absolute mess. I’ve worked many food jobs and have never once had a mistake like this fall on a customer and still have them pay for it. Taco Bell has gone so down hill here and it’s so sad to see. Also disappointed how a manager handled this? Why not fix the mistake with what we had ordered when it was still in the time frame of being served? The only solution they were giving was “we can give you something from lunch” like… I know it sucks man I do, but just go make the eggs, and what people are paying and driving here for. Unfortunately corporate chooses when you stop serving breakfast, not employees. However, we will be sadly taking a break from this Taco Bell. And I truly hope they get proper training and hope to try again some day

Sweetest people, had an employee hold the door for our bus full of basketball kids. Welcomed us with open arms even being 10pm food was great service was amazing. Will be coming back again!

The lady took our order correctly. However she handed us the wrong drink. When we got our food they put sour cream on the taco. The cantina bowl had all the sauces on it we had requested to leave off. When we asked for them to redo it they left the chicken off with almost no lettuce. It was the sloppiest redo I’ve ever seen. Terrible service and when asked to redo it, it was still wrong.

We were starved after graduation ceremony but too tired for a restaurant…hello Taco Bell! Easy location to find, right by Walmart. Large parking lot with a wide drive thru lane. Order was complete and accurate.

The people are friendly enough. Sometimes they’re not timely about orders on the app. Restaurant is always clean and well lit.

Where do I start?
I got my order almost 25 minutes late after ordering on their app.
The guy making food probably couldn’t assemble two pieces of bread. He put the wrong ingredients on the tortilla then tried pulling them off. I had to tell the manager he did that. He made like 6 tacos then threw them away for no reason. I didn’t get a sorry for anything being late.
Seems like everywhere I go it’s just getting worse and worse here in Sheridan.

Kayden, the supposed “manager” does not know how to talk to customers. Threatens to trespass customers for his employees putting wrong ingredients on items when the screen clearly shows and they just don’t speak English and don’t read the board. Don’t eat there unless you want to be disrespected

Went to get some dinner, ordered some food. The blonde girl at the register was new and I was very patient, she asked me a name for the order and even had me SPELL IT OUT. When my order was ready a small brunette girl called the complete wrong name out, when I asked if it was my order the girl asked if the food presented was what I ordered “NO FRICKEN CLUE ITS IN A BOX”. She proceeded to try and insult me as if I was in the wrong for asking lol, I responded letting her know I even spelled my name for the order. She proceeded to say “we are really good at the English language” which is very obvious… Snarky, entitled, and rude behavior from someone that represents the company over a simple question, what a shame… Hopefully a Gm comes in and trains people how to run front of house, probably not tho
