Then wow! That HUGE portion of 毛血旺surprised me, it’s super authentic Szechuan cuisine!

Amy was an absolute delight from beginning to end of the experience. Every single thing on the menu was amazing, the portion sizes are more than filling and the food is so delicious. The menu has lots options, but the Wonton Soup was a highlight for the whole table; it has so much flavor with no MSG. The karaoke rooms were another bonus and after seeing how cute the rooms are I’m definitely planning my birthday celebration here! If you’re looking for fun, fantastic food, and a warm inviting atmosphere this is the restaurant for you.

The food here was pretty good but I think it’s somewhere you go if it’s late at night and you’re starving—not when you want super good Chinese food.
They have a wide variety of both Szechuan dishes and American Chinese food. We tried a few things and they were decent. The xiao long bao was pretty good. The dan dan noodles (担担面) looked good but the meat and chili sauce was overcooked or something; the sauce bits just tasted kind of bitter. There is a better, fresher flavor to the dan dan noodles at the large Szechuan restaurant in Roc. The kung pao chicken had good flavor, although it seemed like it had too many pieces of ginger and not enough chicken. Green beans were pretty good. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, especially since the service was nice, the staff were polite, and the food wasn’t bad it was just okay. I’m being honest.

The food, service, and staff here are delightful!! Some of the food highlights of my visit were the scallion pancakes, piglet buns, marinated beef brisket, and the wonton soup! All the food was very fresh and filling— and the scallion pancakes were perfectly crispy! Our server was so sweet and attentive and the food came out so quick. I even got a look at the karaoke rooms and I can’t to come back with a group of friends to try them out!

The karaoke rooms are pretty worth it. You get a few hours with pre loaded songs. The staff were pretty unfriendly here though. Everything was cash for us, and the waitress tried to make us pay twice even though we paid her directly with cash. Be careful or it seems like they might try to overcharge you. Overall the experience was ok, I wouldn’t come back.

Today, my friends and I celebrating my birthday at Revolution Restaurant and WOW! From the sizzling Pepper fish to the spicy Boiled Blood, plus a killer KTV session , this place has it ALL. Here’s why we’re hooked:
Food Heaven
• Pepper fish: The fish was so tender it practically melted in my mouth! The green chili oil was fire but balanced with fresh herbs—my spice – loving friend couldn’t stop raving.
• Boiled Blood and Tofu with Spicy Broth: A flavor EXPLOSION! Silky tofu, juicy blood clams, and crispy beef swimming in that numbing mala broth. We fought over the last dumpling.
KTV Vibe
I love the KTV at here! The sound system was top – notch, and the song selection had 70%of my favorite songs.
