Long bad day traveling,went to taco bell to get something quick. Ordered a 12 pk of tacos $19.99, wanted the sour cream but they were another $10. Got back to our rv and the tacos were half full and only 1/4 was meat a little lettuce and a tiny bit of cheese. Prices have sky rocketed and we get more shell than anything else. Tired of higher prices and less food.

Worst taco bell I’ve been to in a long time.
Every meal should come with a free fly swatter, for the amount of flies hanging around in the lobby. I can only imagine how many are hanging out in the kitchen.
The food took over 10 minutes to get out to us. And when it did it was ice cold. And I do mean ICE cold, like they had just pulled the ingredients out of the cooler. I’m assuming the lettuce was frozen and they tossed it on anyway, but it made the meat and cheese cold as well.
Overall, terrible time.

Wow, what wonderful service and friendly staff. Desi (Mgr), Brandon (future manager), and Eddie were so efficient and our order was done perfect,
and ready very quickly..!!! It was refreshing not to have to talk to or mess with an “AI machine”.

Didn’t give my husband half of our order and tried to shoo him away while he waited patiently to ask them about it at the drive thru window. He got our order finally and we dug in and it was still messed up. No sauces, no napkins, crunchwraps and burritos were almost bare like it was intentional. Maybe they just fill items differently here in Rawlins compared to other locations, it just seems sus. We’re just passing through, heading home after a family reunion and it sucked how they treated the whole situation.

Some of the worst service I’ve ever had. We were heading home from traveling for the holidays and stopped for lunch. Not only did they mess up our order multiple times, they ignored us and just were straight up rude. Extremely disappointed in the way they handle their customers.

Food was good / what I expected.
The building was average.
Slow service.
They need to work on customer service.
The employees where way below average, bad service, borderline rude, they where trying to make taco’s, but it looked like they were prioritizing drive-thru over dine in. I went to ask them for something that was not on their menu, like a cup for water, and you’d wait several minutes and then they’d say we’ll be right with you, they wait several more minutes, and then made someone tell you to order off the screen, which the item size trying to get they did not have on a screen.

Ordered a burrito with chicken strips that was uber hard. Felt like the chicken had been just sitting under a heat lamp for ages from how hard it was, it wasn’t just “crispy”, it was stale type hard. yuck
