Awesome BBQ. Ribs so tender the bones come right out and the brisket is so tender it falls apart. The chicken strips and fries were the best ever – couldn’t snap a photo because my son hate them so quickly. Oz’s customer service is the cherry on top. A hidden gem worth every penny! Bring cash as he doesn’t accept cards.

Amazing BBQ!! Stopped by for the first time and got the brisket platter with beans and tater salad. Best brisket I’ve had ever. We also got a 1/2 rack if ribs which were fall off the bone delicious with coleslaw and collar greens. We also got 3 eggrolls which we stuffed with meat and veggies and they are amazing as well. We meet the owner who is just a great guy, extremely friendly and outgoing. I would highly recommend this place for BBQ.

We had the 3 meat sampler plate with fries and sweet corn. Still have leftovers even though we shared it. Ribs were excellent, pork is good, brisket was fatty. Sauces (we had the sweet and the spicy ones) were quite good. Worth your time if you are in the area and craving some BBQ.

Great BBQ! I tried a pulled pork sandwich, beans and slaw. Generous portion of pork on the sandwich, with great sauce on the side. It was moist, flavorful, and tender. The beans were perfect as well. Highly recommend. Is cash only and only open Wednesday-Saturday so plan for it, you won’t regret it.

Hands down best BBQ I’ve had! Tried the Sample Platter Wednesday, and went back today to try one if the best burgers I’ve had (other than my own if course ). The tater salad is pretty good, but the beans are to die for. Definitely the best I’ve ever had (including my own )! Would highly recommend!! Super quick and positive experience!!

Excellent bbq!!! Had the brisket sandwich and tater salad. Both definitely on point and a must try!!! Wife had pulled pork, cole slaw and Mac n cheese. She was very happy with her food as well. Didn’t try the sauces, cause in my opinion if the bbq is good, you don’t need sauce… Cook/owner very friendly and appreciative. Only open Thursday thru Saturday and cash only, but definitely a must try if you are in Panama city

After reading all the great reviews my husband & I couldn’t wait to try this place. What a giant disappointment. The servings were extremely small for the price & the food was even worse. The only good thing I can say is the brisket had decent flavor but was crumbled in tiny pieces that was full of fat.
The baked beans were mostly liquid, very few beans & the slaw was so bland it was uneatable. This place has a lot to learn about good bbq. We won’t be going back.

The pulled pork was so tender and juicy. The spicy BBQ helped add a delicious flavor to the meat, even though it was not needed. I could taste the smoke in the pork. The sausage was on point also. Absolutely delicious!! Hope this place thrives and grows, its a definite weekly stop for me now.

Unbelievably delicious! Owner is welcoming and talks to you like you’ve been friends for years! I’m from Alberta (we know a thing or two about beef) and I have to admit that this was some of the best ribs I’ve ever had. Once he found out I had never been there before he gave me samples of damn near everything…. and it was all top notch! I will definitely be going back again.

We live around the corner to this bbq joint and have been passing it for the 2 years we have lived here but we finally stopped in last night, the owner, Ozzy, was as friendly as can be and served up some fantastic bbq. We had the pulled pork, ribs, and brisket sampler plate, everything was moist with great flavor. We tried the baked beans & the fries, both great and the fries were made on site cut and fried in peanut oil – delicious. Ozzy makes his own sauces too, we only tried the sweet one and it was fantastic! Cant believe we’ve been passing this place for so long, it’s the little white building next to the bar, he has 2 picnic tables out front to eat at or you can grab & go. I would highly recommend, great bbq! Way better than the other bbq places we have had around PC!
