The line was busy so staff was curt. I get that. I went through the drive though so I can’t judge the atmosphere. They forgot the nacho cheese for my chips and I ordered a crispy chicken and got a regular chicken taco with a broken shell. None of the items were made well. The product was out side the shell or tortilla on the wrapper. Definitely worth the drive to the location on 9th.

Me and my family are very picky eaters. To put it in perspective, almost every item we get needs to be customized. Tonight, we ordered 4 box combos, all customized and our order was perfect!! Well done you guys!! we almost always assume something will be wrong as our order is normally pretty complicating. Needless to say, we were impressed!!!

Go to this location a decent amount usually it’s good. But came in tonight and the person that was working drive thru window was downright awful. I’m not the type to ever leave reviews because things happen, but being in fast food restaurant management for 8+ years I feel I have to. They were wearing a green arm cast but didn’t get a name, they were going out of their way to be miserable. No greeting, snatched my card from my hand and forcefully pushed it back, didn’t say a single word and just pushed the food into my hand slammed the window and walked away. I’ll continue going to the location but need to point out you will lose customers if that person stays employed. They need to be fired.

I order Taco Bell 1or two times a week. I don’t have a car, so I get delivery. This is my home store. My order has many substitutions that seem tedious I guess, but they are always the same. I’ve been putting orders in on the app for maybe a year. I’ve yet to get almost a single order correct. This is probably the 2nd worst Taco Bell store in mesa county. I’d go anywhere but down north ave for Taco Bell than to this store if I could drive. Unfortunately; both of the most inferior stores are the only ones attainable for me to ride my bike to.

I walked in and all I was trying to do was see how much I needed to spend for them to break my hundred. I said if not that’s all good to I can go somewhere else. I was told to wait and I sat at the front counter for fifteen minutes before an older short lady(who I assume was the manager) finally came up to speak with me. She was very rude off rip and told me that “we are not a bank, why would you think we do that”. I told her that I was leaving and she needs to learn how to treat customers with respect. I do not recommend you dine here if you value basic respect!!

Always a hit and miss. Late night orders suck bc they take their sweet time and with delivery they ALWAYS forget a fork aswell as sometimes sause and drink. Food is cold or soggy. Can sometimes be good and quick but it doesn’t make up for the other times

If you’re vegetarian go to the Taco Bell by the mall, this location will give you beef instead of beans. Also the replacement taco shell was completely broken and unusually full so we didn’t trust eating it because they might have spit and added more to cover it up.
