This place is going down in service and quality. The whole atmosphere is not welcome. I gave this place many chances but today I’ve decided to write this review and didn’t want to give them and stars for this matter. I had to wait almost 25 minutes in my car during my drive thru order. I got out my car and that when one of the employee comes out with my food. I order 3 piece dinner meal with the sides. I didn’t get my sauces and my sides were not fresh and most importantly all the fried chicken for my order was all raw. Took a bite and didn’t understand why the texture and taste was off to me, I decided to pull apart the chicken and it was still red inside. My partner order was the same. Not coming here anymore anytime soon until hopefully they change their ways.

I went at 6:30 pm and was told it would be a 17 minute wait for dark meat only 8 piece chicken after I ordered. I asked if they had supreme ready without wait they said yes. So I canceled 8 piece order and paid for 12 piece supremes. I was told after paying for that order to pull over and they’d bring out. After 16 minutes waiting for supremes they said were ready they brought them out. They forgot my drink I ordered so I had to park and go in to get drink and then they forgot straw! How does bojangles not have any white meat bone in chicken period, no bone in chicken or biscuits ready at all and have to wait 16 minutes for biscuits too. Totally unacceptable for “chicken and biscuit” restaurant not have any chicken or biscuits cooked at 6:30 pm! Not going back to this location and its not 1st time this location has not had food prepared and wait forever.

The Dixie Drive location is absolutely pathetic. I ordered 2 ham biscuits and both literally fell apart in my hands and they were crunchy. North Fayetteville St. is much better and I never have any issues there.

I stopped by the Bojangles in Asheboro while visiting family in North Carolina. As a service member, I don’t often get to enjoy these familiar flavors, but this visit was really disappointing. Even though they were supposed to open at 6 a.m., by about 7:30, the dining room was still locked. The drive-thru was run by AI, and even after I got my order, no napkins were provided. There were three employees working, so I think they could have run the dining room, but it felt like a shortcut—avoiding the dining room so they didn’t have to clean it. And the biscuits were awful—dry, with leftover blueberry residue, even though I ordered a plain egg and cheese biscuit. To top it all off, there wasn’t even a trash can outside for me to toss my trash. It’s a shame, because I used to love Bojangles, but this just left me feeling really disheartened.

Absolutely hate dealing with this location on the weekends. Always telling you to park and NEVER brings your food out. The Bo-rounds are soaked in grease from sitting out and refried. The biscuits are hard as a rock most of the time. This place needs better weekend management for sure.

terrible AI drive thru. took 10 minutes to take my order and it didn’t go through when I pulled up to the window. didn’t have any sweet tea available. they did not give me any biscuits with my 3 orders of supremes or my dirty rice either. after going inside and ordering. fries were also cold. going zaxbys next time

Me and hubby will probably never go again. We tried to give them more chances but Everytime they make us wait 20 minutes in the drive thru. Half the time the order isn’t even correct. Last time we went there was 4 other cars waiting in the parking lot for their food. I walked up to the door and the manager rolled her eyes at me because I wanted to see how much longer on our food. It shouldn’t take 30 mins for two sandwiches and some chicken supremes

if i could give zero stars, i would. we ordered through the drive through and were told there was no cajun biscuits available and to pull into a pickup spot as they would take 4 minutes to cook. we sat in the spot for 45 minutes and decided to go inside to figure out where our food was. the staff was extremely disrespectful, including the manager. it took an hour to get our order. our order should’ve been refunded and they need more competent staff

Since I live up North I’ve never been to a Bojangle’s before. My partner has been raving about their bo-berry biscuits since we finalized our vacation plans! In my opinion they were ok but unfortunately not as impressed with it as he would have hoped. The breakfast sandwich I had though was delicious. Would like to go back again to try their regular menu items

The new drive through thing is absolutely bonkers. Didn’t get the order right whatsoever. When we pulled to the window we asked for them to repeat the order, and they had an issue with us fixing the order at the window. They still got our order wrong at the second window, and were extremely disrespectful towards us for trying to get what we ordered.
