I don’t know what the hell has happened to this place. It used to be decent for a Taco Bell. Lately, they cannot get an order correct. Either something is wrong, or forgotten, or put together so bad, my 4 year old child can do better. I’m literally flabbergasted by the absolute 180° this place has taken.

We ordered 2 burrito supremes, terrible in every way. It took forever in the drive thru then the burritos were just a tortilla with watery beans. No cheese, no sour cream NO MEAT at all. The worst.

Made a doordash order to pick up, for one i had to go inside in the pouring rain to pick it up. When i got home, my chulupa barely had any chicken in it. Thought that was the whole point of a chicken chulupa?! The staff was really snotty with me when i went inside, also got none of the sauces i asked for!! Got every single other sauce but the one i asked for!

The absolute worst customer experience I have ever had in my entire life. These people messed up my order. When I asked them to fix it they denied me. Hung up on me. Laughed in my face. And continued to not answer their phone. They refuse to take accountability for their mess-ups. And corporate and management are in for an earful.

It was supposed to be a treat, no cooking dinner. My husband stopped there on his way home from his job. I feel awful because it was a waste of money. It was a long wait and he was tired. But, to make it even worse this is what we got. 5 layer burritos?? If it wasn’t a 20 mile round trip he would of returned them.
