The Cortez location has been really inconsistent. It also doesn’t do itself any service by having the absolute worst drive through orientation in cortez. You will get pinned in their parking lot or their drive through all the time. They seemed to always be understaffed and the employees who show up to work seem to be understandably miserable. It’s just frustrating to deal with long wait times and deal with missing items. My wife’s was missing multiple times. Corporate should stop operating on skeleton crews.

Every item we ordered was just thin. The portions for what you pay are just too small. Ordered extra nacho cheese and didn’t receive it. Lobby was absolutely filthy.

This taco bell allows you to place pickup orders inside the store but then had all the doors locked, preventing you from picking them up as promised. Our food wasn’t available twenty minutes past the pickup time they confirmed and the line of cars in the drive through (about 10 of them) hadn’t moved an inch. We had to leave to make a tour time and when we called to get a refund they refused to pick up the phone. Do not go to this taco bell, it is the worst one I have ever been to.

So I came in at 9:55pm, walk in because I’m traveling for work and don’t have a vehicle to drive thru. Thankfully the dining room was still open. Ordered my food on the kiosk, and they got on it pretty quickly. BUT!!! The gorditas on my cheesy gordita crunches was crunchier than the hard taco shells!! So stale it was difficult to eat, ended up throwing that part out. I asked for double steak in the cheesy melt grilled Steak burrito, and I’m almost positive they went HALF the normal amount of steak and made up for it with extra rice. Wasn’t all that chessy either. About the only thing they made that was good was the steak street chalupas. I pray this isn’t a common thing here…
